These work great if you follow the instructions.Especially if you have oily skin.Plus put it on well before you workout. I sweat so much they don't last an hour workout.

Allergic to the tape
I’m sure they are great for people who aren’t allergic to the tape but I got blisters. I wore one on a second attempt hoping maybe that it wasn’t an allergy but even a short day with one on was irritating to my sensitive skin.They did the job I needed when being worn, too bad for the sensitivity.The idea and cut of this is great and I am sure people get great use of them when they aren’t allergic.
