Early menstruation
I got this supplement because of all the wonderful benefits. But about a week after taking the lowest dose only 500mg daily. I started my period, cramps and all on cycle day 15. Super shocker to me as it is usually 40days apart. I took a deep dive into Reddit and this seems to be a very common side effect- from just spotting between cycles to full blown periods like mine.I saw no other reviews that mentioned this so wanted to leave one so people aren’t as shocked as I am!

Helps keep your sugar in check
I've been using this for a couple of years now along with ceylon cinnamon instead of metformin to keep my sugar levels normal and it works well for me.

Not effective
I bought this specific brand because someone on TikTok suggested. It didn’t suppress appetite at all. That’s the only reason I bought it. Not effective at all. Waste of money. I love now supplements. It’s work excellent. Just saying
