Not worth the money
It didn't even last one day! Worked yesterday, but completely dead today. I tested voltage at it has the correct 12V, but the buttons no longer light when pressed, and the LED strips won't light either. Also, it has a finicky control. You would think that pressing blue would change all LEDs to blue, and turn off all other colors. Same with red, green, and white, but all the color buttons do is turn on/off that particular color despite what other colors are on. Basically you try to pick a single color and suddenly you are lost in color madness. Another thing is that when you get the color you want, you can accidentally bump it wrong and now you have to go through color madness again to get the color back. This thing was extremely frustrating for the day I had it.

Works great
Using on our boat as controller for the 12v LED system I installed. Is inside the glove box, definitely wouldn't leave exposed to elements but it is working great so far! Didn't require anything fancy to wire this way.

Great control but touchy
This switch offers great control, and a decent range of 'modes'. I simply wanted R/G/B options, and maybe some shades for fun. Once you get it turned on, it lights up Red or Green or Blue easily and turns them off just as easily. With all three on, it's a warm white light. The color wheel offers some nice blends. My only complaint is the power button. Perhaps it is the location in the center of the 'wheel' but it is very sensitive. While i can 'press' any of the R/G/B buttons or any of the 8 outside the wheel, the 'power' you have to almost 'not touch' to turn it on or off.If you actually touch it, it will not respond. I almost returned it, thinking it was defective, but a CSR assured me it was OK. I may put in a manual 12v rocker just to avoid this.

Controls seem to do random things
One description says it has six functions. The manual that came with it shows 27 functions. There's no way to know which one you're on. You would think pushing the solid color controls would light up the corresponding color, but it seems to be a random color that lights up, depending on which mode you landed on. Also the color wheel doesn't really match what lights up. Also when I was able to get solid color mode (or any mode for that matter) the brightness control did nothing. It's either poorly documented or malfunctioning, but the end result is it's NOT easy to use. One star for the fact that it's straightforward to hook up, and another for the fact that it does power on.

"Touchy" to operate...
I bought this to control RGBW light strips for a bathroom I remodeled. The Light strip go underneath the cabinets, along the floor molding, and behind wall mirrors above the sinks. That ended up being more current than this controller could handle, so I use an amplifier too (and a big power supply). Anyway, this review is about the controller. I mounted it in the wall, using a metric box (others have mentioned that in their reviews). I had some difficulty getting the bezel to snap into place after securing the controller in the box, but eventually got it. Some of the controls are not intuitively obvious, so I recommend reading the "Chinglish" instructions... especially about the "mode" operations. The "color wheel" was supposed to be glass, but I think it's just glossy paper or maybe thin plastic- I don't know how long it will hold up to use, especiallyin a moist environmentlikea bathroom. The "color wheel" operates by touch- no moving parts- which is kind of cool, but also a problem in that it is difficult to accurately select the color desired. Fat fingers cover too many touch areas on the wheel... The on/off switch is in the center of the wheel, and I found that it is easy to accidentally touch the color part while trying to turn it on/off. The most irritating thing is that there is an LED in the center of the wheel that flashes dimmly when you touch on/off. It would be nice if the LED could be set to stay on all the time, because it is difficult to find the switch to turn it on in the dark without touching the color area. Example: I wanted to have the lightstrip color to be red, and dim, so I could use it in the middle of the night without lighting up the whole room, but I have to turn on another light to see what I'm doing, or else risk turning on Blue or yellow or almost any other color. Also, the controller doesn't dim the lights as much as I would like it to do. Other than that, it seems to work well so far (I've had it installed about 3 weeks now). Caveat Emptor.

Doesn't work at all no response on controller
Does not work. Does not fit into a regular electrical box either. Cheaply made... And it turns on when I plug it in but won't let me make it any color aside from blue

Exactly what I expected!

Works well, but I have found one somewhat annoying quirk. When the input power is turned on from the off position, the panel sends a brief (few second) signal to the Leds instructing them to power up and colour cycle though a bunch of colours. They led will restore to the same setting you had prior to the power being turned off, but not without colour cycleing through a bunch of colours, and I can't seem to find a way to turn this function off.

The touch sensitivity is horrible. Difficult to select colors. Difficult to install without the flush-type wall mounted plastic box (86x86x43). Not standard size for North America.
