They are what you need if you have an HP printer under warranty
These cartridges work well. HP ink is for HP printers. I have never had a cartridge issue or error with genuine HP cartridges. If you do end up with a bad cartridge, HP will replace it under warranty.If you have an HP printer that is under warranty, you MUST use HP ink. Otherwise your warranty is voided. These printers are expensive, so protect your investment.I always purchase HP cartridges. They are super reliable and deliver consistant results.Will buy again.

One Cartridge Worked, One Failed – Disappointing for the Price
I purchased a two packs of HP 712 black ink cartridges. The first cartridge worked perfectly with no issues. However, when I went to install the second one, my printer displayed an error and refused to recognize it. Unfortunately, because the first cartridge worked and I didn’t need the second one right away, the return window had already closed by the time I discovered the problem. For such a high-priced item, I expected consistent quality. It’s very disappointing to pay a premium and end up with a defective cartridge I can’t return.
