Definitely a strong flavor if your not used to those herbs but it does a great job at helping you stay warm in the colder months. As someone who works outside it definitely helps my days in those cold winter months.

Definitely works as advertised. As an HSP, I only need 2–4 drops for this to work. I take it when my extremities are cold and when I feel fatigued.
