I bought this blower as I had every faith in Hyundai. It worked generally quite well but the filler bottle is literally useless. However a year after the guarantee ran out I was using it in preparation for a visit, when, at full revs the blower shroud exploded (some contact with other internals. Plastic shroud parts when flying and it was dangerous, cutting my elbow. I sought a considerate approach from Hyundai but have been disappointed. Being 75 doesn't help. I shall be buying another type to finish the work I started with the Hyundai. I would NOT buy again

I'm lucky to have a big garden but unlucky that that it's full of TPO protected 'forest sized' Sycamore and Beech trees. It doesn't really justify me spending £800ish on a professional leaf blower but at this price it would have been rude not to try one of these Hyundai HYB5200s. I'm really impressed. Starts easy. Comfortable to wear. Powerful enough to shift wet leaves. Build quality seems okay to me too. This one's a keeper. I should have got one years ago.

Really good blower for the money, starts no problem, and is powerful enough to lift wet trampled leaves, the harness is ok but not the most comfortable, the only real downside is that it's pretty loud and has a tendency to spit a bit of oil out the exhaust, but then again it is a 2 stroke engine.

I tasked my 9 year old son to put this together. Within 10 minutes it was ready to fuel. Use the measuring bottle to get the pre-mix correct. The primer bulb wasn't used to start it up. But, if you probably do need to prime for an easier start. It's there but, you have to look for it. Located right underneath the air filter housing. Used it yesterday for about 1.5 hrs on one tanks of fuel that holds 1.25 lts. The throttle control can set at whatever desired 'blow rate' so you don't need to keep your finger on the trigger constantly. Easy to put on you back. Straps easy to adjust. Not heavy at all to wear. So much so that I didn't even use the waist strap. Had many lesser blowers in the past that have cost considerably more. Absolutely no issues with this blower. I would whole heartedly recommend. ok, This machine is a great price, and it works really well and does a great job. However, it will not start again if you use it, fill it up and try to start it again. It starts great from cold but if its warm I have found no way to restart it. So if you only have a small area to clear and it can be done on a tank full of fuel then great. If you have a larger area to do its a two day job because you will need to put it away and wait for the next day to start it again. When compared to its much more expensive compeititors its performance is good and its really cheap to buy but be warned about the fact it wont restart when hot. UPDATE. It now wont start when it is cold so sadly have requested a refund. Hyundai have let themselves down with this machine. As stated when it works its a good machine for the money but when it doesnt start then it is next to useless and doesnt even make a good ornament or imaginitive plant holder!

I am a professional gardener and have used a handheld Stihl blower for years but it gives me severe arm ache. Wanted to try a backpack blower to see if that helped. So far so good, used it for an hour without getting the usual pains. It's not as high quality on some of the fittings as other machines I own but for the money I was very pleased. Powerful enough to move wet leaves and debris in big piles, was simple to assemble and easy to start and work with. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive tool of this type.

The Hyundai leaf blower was defective from the start and a struggle to turn on which I've never encountered before. The model itself has a very awkward access point to the carburetors manual petrol pump . I messaged the seller, messaged Amazons selling assistant and after 2 weeks of trying to solve this issue I've found no way to return the defective item or reach the seller. I have never encountered a machine in such a poor state or such a complete lack of cooperation
