No bass
It's very good for competitive gaming, but only for that. If you want to watch movies, listen to music or if you don't play much competitive, then I would recoment to try something else.

Microphone sucks!!
Originally I bough this for to get rid of headphone hair and for the microphone since has the mute button HOWEVER the sound quality of the mic is very very bad, you have to keep the mic close to your mouth to be heard properly and still you sound muffled. Also, when muting yourself via the button, it makes a noise ( I use it on discord and my friends say it makes a loud beeping noise). The sound quality however is surprisingly good!! I have used for a couple of weeks now along with a separate mic that I bought and only now my ears are starting to hurt a little bit, but nothing too bad (I just have small ears so even the smallest silicone bit is slightly too big). They have really good unintentional noise cancelling because the seal the silicone bit makes with your ears is really good!! I don't hear anyone unless they tap me or I see them! The braided cable is high quality and the little plug in thing is bent so that your cable doesn't break!!! I recommend for the sound quality and build, but strongly DONT recommend for the microphone and mute feature.

Easily the worst sounding earphones i've ever encountered
Do not have much experience with JBL as a brand, but figured surely these would be better or at the very least as good as the generic earphones I am looking to replace, I was wrong. Without hyperbole these are the worst sounding audio output I have personally come across, i have used some cheap devices in recent years, unbranded chinese mass produced earphones and headphones both wired and wireless variations and amazons own brand of USB powered speakers for example and they all produce better sound than these.Sound Quality for misc listening= Pathetic, wouldn't recommend using these if they were freeSound Quality for games = Pathetic, the audible ranges are very very narrow, literally zero bass, noises blend together into one tinny, unclear messMicrophone = Terrible, but you shouldn't expect a mic built into earphones to be anything above functionalNoise Isolation = Non existentDirectional Sound = Non existentCable Length = Microscopic, my pc sits beside my desk, which has legs no solid side panels and even sitting mere inches away from my pc, the only way to get these to reach from the top of my ATX pc case to my sitting height was using a cable extenderEarbud fit =meh, there are different buds in the box, but I found the overall shape of the earphones lead to them being uncomfortable regardless

They're really good, if you prefer earbuds
Pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and fit of these earphones. Good for gaming if you prefer earbuds

By far the best solution for gaming earphones
This GAMING earphones are GAMING earphones, don't buy them to listen to electronic/pop music..please...seeking bass...LOLThey sound great for gaming, the slider for volume is THE ONLY way to have controls on a 3.5jack, any other earphones with buttons don't work because win10 is designed to ignore them, so sliding features are the answer to it, such as the mic/mute and the volume slider.I bought this and Razer Hammerhead duo (wired) and the razer is useless because the buttons don't work, even the volume can't be controlled. Tons of complaints in razer's forums.I really like how this JBL hold in my ear and how i can even use one side without it hanging like other earphones, the side you are not using is hold by a little channel on the remote control, is awesome. Really immersing experience.
