Excellent product
Brilliant product! It's exactly what I was looking for and seems to be really effective. I saw this company on the TV as they do lots of clubs so I thought I'd check them out. Highly reccommended.

Tastes horrible
I’ve been using recovery shakes for years after cycling sessions and enjoy trying different brands and flavours to mix things up. I bought this one as it also contains carbs which I find stops me being grouchy in the time between finishing exercise and getting a decent meal. I have a sweet tooth but found this shake to be far too artificially sweet and it was also very gritty despite trying different shakers. It foamed a lot too which I haven’t seen before and I found that if I made it before my ride and out it in the fridge there was some separation of water and powder. There’s also no guidance on how much water to use so I tried 500ml, 400ml and 300ml but couldn’t get it to a good consistency and taste. I hate waste but on this occasion I’ve had to stop using it. Hopefully I’ll find a friend who will finish off the bag.
