Fantastic product, and amazing customer service! I do not frequently write reviews, but this was such a fantastic experience it is deserving of a review.We have been looking for an alternative to a Christmas tree for quite a while. Due to allergies we could not have a real tree, and did not like the smell, texture, and look of traditional artificial trees.The design of this tree is quite simple, yet attractive. There is no plastic or glue in the tree. The material is decent quality wood. The tree is easy to assemble, and disassemble. Honestly, this product has met and exceeded our expectations.In addition, the customer service was amazing. I placed my order approximately a week before Christmas. I immediately received an e-mail from the seller in Slovenia, requesting my phone number for shipping through customs. In the e-mail they guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised when the tree arrived early, and in perfect condition.Overall, it was a pleasure to do business with this seller, and the product is fantastic. I would strongly recommend both!

We have looked at several Christmas tree alternatives to the real thing and finally settled on this tree for the current xmas season.As many I'm sure, we were a bit leary about ordering a product that comes from outside the U.S. Not necessarily for quality concerns, but for the logistics and the unknown of dealing with a party where there may not be a satisfactory recourse due to not being bound by U.S. law. We threw caution to the wind and we are quite happy we did.SHIPPING: We ordered on Nov 9th, 2015. We received an email from the manufacturer in Slovenia a few hours later. They politely asked for our phone number to put with the shipping information. I had my sincere doubts about the claim that it would be to my home in California after 5 to 7 days, so we ordered well ahead of the holiday season. Sure enough it arrived 5 days after it left Central Europe - on a saturday no less!!! I was shocked to say the least. Amazon's estimate had arrival at 6 weeks out.UNPACKING/ASSEMBLY: It came in long slender box fairly well packed and all pieces were accounted for. Essentially, my 8 year old put the whole thing together by herself with my guidance. The directions were scarce in an IKEA kind of way, but sufficient. Evidenced by my young one figuring most of it out herself.QUALITY/OPINIONS: We are quite happy with the simple elegance that the tree embodies. I would say that some parts are somewhat delecate. Not fragile, but worth noting if you have young kids or pets that might be rambunctious near the tree. It also bears noting that the stand will be marginally adequate in an all adult home and I would recommend sandbags on the base to help keep the tree stable in the presence of those lacking judgement or grace near the tree. One dowel did come slightly warped which shows that storage care needs to be well thought out (no humidity, lay flat, dowels bundled together).We have yet to "trim" the tree, so that may inform this initial review further. In the meantime, for the money we are quite happy with the item as it is - considering the alternatives. Time will tell if it holds up as this is my only mild concern for this purchase. I think it's worth a shot since we have cats that like eating things they shouldn't - like live Christmas trees.***UPDATE***Xmas 2016 - We pulled out our tree from storage and all has stood up well. I was proactive in making sure that it was stored in a dry location, in it's original box in a horizontal position with all the dowels rubber banded together. This complete technique kept all the dowels from warping and we are enjoying our tree again this year.Pictures attached showing sandbags for stability and rubberbands for storage.

The tree is just as depicted as is the absolutely stellar customer service. Nicely packaged in a white box that I will use for out of season (if I can bear to take it down) storage. The design is wonderful - the two "trunk" pieces nest and a "branch" intersects to hold them together. It's super easy to assemble - just push the "branches" through - if they snag - try the other side and tap gently with the open palm of your hand.I've decorated with a garland and crystal ornaments. I plan to add cookies later. If this design appeals to you, go for it, you will not be disappointed.

This tree is amazing. I developed allergies and don't like plastic trees, and this was the perfect solution. Amazingly, it arrived less than a week after I ordered it! The sellers really mean it when they say they'll get it to you fast, even though it's shipping from Europe. It's super easy to put together, elegant, and all around lovely. It looks exactly as it does in the photo, and the wood is of really good quality with no blemishes. I'm really thrilled with this purchase.

LOVE this tree! It’s simple and clean looking, and is the perfect tree to showcase the ornaments. I’ve been looking for something for a long time, and this fit my needs perfectly. So sophisticated and elegant. The spacing of the branches works well to accommodate larger size ornaments. Very easy to assemble.

Not your traditional tree, but has an incredibly appealing simplicity and symmetry. The spiraling layers of branches given an interesting look with ornaments, twisting upwards. We are using a collection of red glass balls hung by ribbons. Of all the trees I've owned this seems to have such a clean and elegant look!It comes shipped in a sturdy poster tube from europe, which also serves as it's storage container in the off-season!5 stars! My wife and I totally love this tree!
