Longman Dictionary of American English: Your Complete Guide to American English Paperback – January 1, 1997

I bought this dictionary because I am an ESL teacher. I think it should be in every ESL/EFL teacher's library as well as every English language learner's bookshelf. The definitions are simple and easy to understand and the examples are plentiful. The university where I received my MATESL degree uses this dictionary as well and recommends its English learners buy a copy.

Good dictionary with ample amounts of examples, explain well in meanings. Only comments on its weight is not easy to hold when lying on the bed.

Condition was very good! This is a standard dictionary and the only one allowed for some testing situations. It is very helpful for students with ESL!
