Just works
My dog chewed up the original remote. I saw this and it looked very similar so gave it a try. It literal just worked. I put batteries in and everything was as normal. I haven’t used voice as I never use it so I cannot answer for this but I’m happy with this product.

Spend more and buy a better controller - very poor
Product is very poor.Buttons don’t work to navigate around the screen. The central button, up, down, left and right don’t work well. You have to press several times and incredibly hard to make it register.

Don’t expect the same smooth action as the original-cheap yes -replaced yes!
Originally put off by the high cost of a genuine Samsung unit thought I would try this unit. So instant connection to the TV, great BUT response is so hit and miss trying to navigate around the TV menus is so frustrating particularly the left button, find yourself repeating the command trying to get a response. So after 3 weeks of use gave up decided to spend £60 on a proper Samsung unit which is what I should have done in the first place. Once again check the low star reviews first……

I thought I was buying a genuine Samsung replacement remote comtrol
It was obvious when it arrived, that it was merely a clone. It lacks speech recognition, & it has to be aimed at the TV's sensor, in order for it to work - but it does work, & it is cheap. If you don't want or need the frills, this will do.

If your looking for the remote that has the www button, and the 2 buttons above the circular button (like in the image) be warned - you'll get the one that has the rakuten tv button instead, and the 3 buttons at the top.Might not seem so problematic at first but the bigger problem is that although the main buttons work ok circle buttons, menu, volume, power, etc), the extra buttons for Netflix, Prime and Rakuten tv don't work for my TV. The other controller (in the product image) would have worked though...Very disappointed.
