Great value
I've not had a shop stool before but let me tell you, get one even if you think you'll only use it occasionally. I have limited vertical space to using this under my car while it's on the lift, it is a lifesaver. The whole unit isn't super heavy duty but overall I was quite impressed especially for the value. Before you use it, just double check that the nuts holding the wheels on are tight, mine were not.I have a rough concrete floor, I decided to upgrade to 5" caster wheels for improved stability and ease of rolling, a cheap and nice upgrade in my opinion. I was looking at a certain brand of highly popularized 'professional' shop stools, starting at $450 or so, you can probably figure out who that is.As it comes at ~$40, with a $20 wheel upgrade, this makes for a extremely comparable stool at a fraction of the cost. If you're a professional and using a shop stool every day, maybe you can justify the extreme cost of a 'professional' option. Couldn't be happier with this stool.

A suitable throne
I am a professional mechanic. I went years without owning a mechanic seat, borrowing from my boss, sitting on a plastic crate, and whatever else. I used to sit on another mechanic's seat after he left for the day. One night he put a sign on his seat, "Dont sit here." What a weird dick move. When I was hired onto a new job as a lead mechanic, I spent hours looking at the different options. You could go the cheap route with a wobbly 30 dollar stool that has a tiny round seat on top of it. But is that really worthy of all the hours you will spend on it? On the other hand you don't want to spend a stupid amount on something "nice" when you already spend so much on tools. When I found this it was just right. The seat is large with padding on it that is on the firm side. I can spend all day sitting on it and working underneath a truck, and it beats the hell out of creeping around under there hunched over. I have been using it for four months or so now. I look forward to using it for years. I will probably never need another one. But, if I do, I will probably buy this one again. And yes that us a 12 oz can for size.

Is what it is
Could have lil more cushion. But most chairs are the same way. It holds my 256lbs ass. No cylinder leak down surprisingly. Use it EVERYDAY AN had it couple months or close to it.

Aircraft Mechanic
Scoots smoothly on the shop floor and the wheels don't get hung up on smaller debris like cut cotter pins and washers. Fits under most low wing aircraft and the raising and lowering of the seat is smooth. It has a wider seat and wheelbase than most other rolling shop stools so it doesn't try to kick out from under you and put your behind on the floor if you lean forward to pick something up or are reaching into confined areas that aircraft are full of.The divided tool tray underneath is a great feature for putting your tools and nuts, bolts, etc... It seems well built and feels sturdy enough to hold a pretty stout individual. Definitely recommend for daily use and functionality. Solid product

Decent Quality
I use this for working on motorcycles and it works as intended. The little tray is nice for tools too.

Low Clearance Crawlspace Must Have
If you're in the market for a practical seating solution, particularly for low clearance areas like crawlspaces this adjustable lightweight swivel stool could be just what you need. The cushion is nicely padded, making it a back and butt saver during those longer tasks where you might find yourself kneeling or bending while working in confined spaces. The stool's lightweight construction makes it easy to move around, so you can easily transport it from one area to another without any hassle.

Read older reviews. No height adjustment.
He's decided to keep it, even though it never worked out of the box, as advertised. Looks great and easy to put together, if you don't mind that it has literally no height adjustment option, once you raise it to its optimum height. (This is an issue with the stool's pneumatic cylinder on this model, actually going back, to at least, reviews from 2023.) Keeping because it happens to otherwise be a nice creeper stool for working on mid height projects. No cars, though.
