This is been serving me well!
Easy to use, I don't need to hold ice anymore, just strap it and leave it. You can use it in many different ways, and limbs. It's not uncomfortable to have on and I feel like it's a pretty good size for most muscles, specially cause there's 2. It gets quite cold like an ice pack, and it work well. I liked it a lot

Ice packs are great and remain ice cold for 25-30 min
Ice packs are great and remain ice cold for 25-30 min. The included strap that holds the ice pack works very well and allows me to move around and do stuff while icing. The reason I took off one star is due to the quality of the strap. The Velcro strip that holds the ice pack in place is already very worn out after maybe 2 dozen uses. Not a big deal because when wrapped it doesn't have a chance of falling out. The second issue is the elastic strap. It works great, but again after 2 dozen uses its already showing signs of being stretched out. Additionally the Velcro what hold the strap securely is already wearing out. I don't see it lasting very long so I'll have to get new pieces sewn in to keep it alive. Like I said, it's very useful. If I had to buy them again I would still make the purchase. They've been that useful.

Perfect post-surgical cold packs
This cold pack two-pack is just the thing post surgery. Having two long-lasting gel packs means one is always cold when needed. The holders are often enough fabric to protect your skin, with a Velcro and elastic strap to hold it comfortably and securely in place. There is even an extension piece in case you need it on a harder to wrap area, like a shoulder. Very good value for the price!

Stays cold and is also flexible and therefore fits comfortably over the knee or body part.
We bought this ColePak Comfort Ice Pak for my husband who recently had knee replacement surgery. He has been very pleased with the ice pack and it is a great idea to sell them in a pair. While one is in the freezer you can use the other. We find that because it is fairly thin it can be easily moulded to the knee and in my husband's experience it stays cold for more than 20 minutes. The strap is useful for holding the ice pack in place and all in all we have found this to be an excellent product. Much better than using a pack of frozen peas. It is also good value. We definitely recommend the ColePak Comfort Ice Pack and ordering from Amazon is a very convenient way to buy this product.

Just right!
I much prefer gel-type pacs for both hot and cold use because they freeze quickly or if you want heat, a minute in a microwave is all that's needed and the gel retains the heat longer than pacs made with other substances. This is a nice set for a reasonable price and the attached Velcro-like straps are secured well and also nice and wide so they stay where you want them to be!

Works great for any part of the body - exactly what I was looking for
This is exactly what I needed. The cold packs I used to use would freeze into a shape and I could not mold them until they melted quite a bit. These I can mold as soon as I pull them out of the freezer. I keep one in there at all times so it's ready when I need it. The other I use for heat. I do about 45 seconds in my microwave. That gets it to the point that it is too hot for extended skin exposure, but I just put an extra towel around it to disperse some of the heat until it's more tolerable. The pouch and band are very useful. The dimensions on mine don't match up exactly as advertised, but that doesn't matter all that much to me. They are pretty close, and more importantly (in my opinion) is the maximum stretch. For high back/should pain, I needed it to be able to go around my torso and for low neck pain I needed it to be able to go under my arm and over my opposite shoulder. It does that all just fine. With the Velcro secured, it will stretch comfortably to a circumference of about 37 inches.I use it on my ankles a lot as well. The extra slack from the band is not an issue since you can just wrap it around a second time and attach the Velcro to any part of the pouch or band. In fact, I prefer the extra slack because it allows me to secure the pouch exactly where I want it.Overall I have nothing but praise for the product I received. It works exactly how I had hoped.

Great Ice Packs, Made Well
One big concern I had purchasing gel ice packs was the covers. Many of these affordable packs have cheap covers, or have poorly designed edges that leak or break over time. These ice packs have a very durable cover. It isn't cloth, but it is still comfortable to apply directly to the skin. It feels like a textured vinyl, but not cheap. The overall feeling is one of high-quality. The edges are wider that you find on many other packs. As a result, the edge welds are strong and durable. It is clear that with proper use these packs will last many years. They also stay soft and pliable when frozen. Being able to apply these directly to the skin without worrying about condensation, or the "sticky" feeling you might get from a cheaper pack, is an important feature. I do wish they had a real "soft touch" cloth side, but the thick textured vinyl is complexly usable for direct skin contact.
