You get what you pay for, with the extra
I can’t fault this and Im very fussy. My husband loves it too. Sadly it broke and had to return without fuss but wasn’t offered a replacement (probably cause Broughton an offer) so had to source one direct from manufacturer after scouring internet for an offer to make it worth the purchase

Great but over priced
Great but over priced for what it is. The torch is annoying as I keep catching it when using my keys

Faffy. Will disassemble itself in your pocket. You will get frustrated
This is my 3rd one of these. 1st one I lost. 2nd one fell to pieces and I lost the bits. Why did I fall for buying it a 3rd time. Well partly because I forgot how fiddly these are and convinced myself it would definitely stay together. It didn’t. It fell apart in my pocket. The screws always work themselves loose, if you don’t nip them up on a daily basis they will work loose and then you’ve got to spend 30 mins faffing with the order of the keys to get it just how you want It’s a gimmick and you don’t need it

Avoid, expensive non working novelty
I bought this to spice up something that looks rudimentary and non elegant - keys. I was drawn to this product as it looks sleek and has features that, though would likely be mostly unused, sound nice to have. I have initially purchased one of these and the packaging looked as though it had already been opened. There was tape residue on the rear and had me mildly concerned but that was an Amazon issue not a Keysmart issue. When I opened it, it looked like on the pictures: sleek, smart and cool. The first part that annoyed me was the fact that the body of it is made of plastic, and appears to be the type of plastic that could break if dropped or sat down on when kept in the rear pocket. All of the advertisement shows 'stainless hardware' but that refers exclusively to the screws that hold it together. The silver lining is that it could visually fool someone else looking at it into thinking that it was metal. The instructions advised to first put in the keys, and it took quite a while to get the right fit. I was aware of this before but it does take about 15 minutes to get your keys in and for them to look flush and stacked up evenly. I had 4 regular house keys and they just about fit with the bottle opener. I had later tried other lock keys and others to see if they would fit. Some would be able to hold on but would be too loose or tight and others were too thick. The keys themselves can have holes that are too big or small which also makes them not fit or wiggle around when screwed on. Even if you did manage to get them on, it takes up so much space that it seems unfeasible to use the Keysmart for those keys. Once on, the keys seemed sturdy enough. I can't report on how they would last in the long run but given the quality of the rest of the product I don't have high hopes. There are reports from multiple other reviews and people that over time they become loose and unable to screw them tight enough for them to not go all over the place. Once the keys were in, I plugged in the Keysmart as they had no charge whatsoever and waited... and waited... and waited. The Keysmart showed the orange light to indicate that it was charging but whether I kept it plugged in or not, the light or tile function didn't work. I double checked to internet to see how long they take to charge, and they stated 2 hours would give a full charge. I had waited 5 hours. Sensing that the item was faulty (perhaps due to the weird condition that the box was in) I chalked it up to Amazon giving me a previously returned product that just doesn't work and ordered a new one. This time, I tried the torch and tile feature and it didn't work so I plugged it in straight away. This time, it too didn't charge over 5 hours. I decided to leave it on charge overnight with the mild hope that it would have charged enough to work but alas, it did not. Given all of this, one must wonder why on earth this product costs so much. I had thought I would be paying a premium price for a premium product but instead it appears to be passing the same quality checks as wish.com products. I was tempted to get the rigged titanium and avoid the whole charging issue but refuse to give this company any of my money. They sell overpriced items with minimal quality control. I strongly suggest the reader of this review to assess other reviews and come to their own conclusions but I advise them that this ordeal is nothing but a waste of time. TL;DR - The product is plastic, the setup is long, the battery doesn't charge, it isn't an exception and the quality is abysmal. 0/10

Works perfectly
I bought this when the price was reduced. They are not cheap but ideal if you want to be able to keep track of your keys. The iPhone gives you a warning when the battery is low - which is helpful.

I really wanted to like this more
Its a good idea and does keep keys organised. However, people get used to their key rings and the 'muscle memory effect' being able to find the right key without looking. Would suggest taking the key you use most and putting it on the lanyard and not in the folding mechanism - but that sort of defeats the object of the keysmart. I kept finding I was pressing the torch button when getting a key out, and the torch only has a range of a few inches (yes inches, to find a key-hole).

Excellent device, but poor battery life and no support
Keeping my keys organized has never been more efficient. It’s tracking feature and seamless sync with Apple find my device ecosystem means I’ll never lose my keys again. But the battery seems to have died within 6months of use; no amount of charge seems to be able to bring it to life again. No option for support from here or key smart website. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Worked ok for about 8 months then failed to charge. Refund acquired from Amazon.

Bought it due its rechargeable capability compared to AirTag, but battery drains in shorter periods and I didn’t even notice this. I like it’s compatible with “Find my” App and works great. The light is not too bright but enough to find the lock in dark areas.

仕事で沢山の鍵を持ち歩くのでコレが無いとジャラジャラ煩いのがこれ一個で八本とかをまとめられる。 五年使って割れたので同じものを買いました。 落とすと割れるので星一つ減らしています。
