First off, this pan is GORGEOUS. I had these delusions of grandeur when I got married that I was going to have matching cookware. Hahahahhahah. Hilarious. When I needed a covered skillet, I went straight to Vremi and picked the color red. Why not?! I have several of their other products and I LOVE them. The craftsmanship is superb, everything feels solid, and they are just pretty to look at.Confession. I hate cooking. And cooking in oil terrifies me. And it hurts because I do it wrong. Last night I made what could have been considered a gourmet meal literally all thanks to this pan. I'm dramatic but I'm being serious.I have a super curious one year old who is literally attached to my legs and it's difficult to cook with him so close to everything all the time. I felt SO much safer having him temporarily attached to me while using this pan. I'm sure I could have used another brand and bought a different covered skillet much sooner, but I am so glad I waited. This has been one of my favorite purchases recently.My faves:It has a huge capacityThe handles are solid, not loose feeling at all.It's super non-stick.It really is pretty with such a vibrant color.My boos:It doesn't fit under my over in the drawer because it's too fantastic.I hope some of my other stuff breaks so I can replace them with Vremi...

My old skillet was warped and would just soon I'm my glass top, so it was time to get a new one. I didn't really pay attention to the size when ordering, I just love Vremi products, so I went for it! Wow, this thing is huge! It's awesome! Just gorgeous, also. The red is so vibrant, and the handles are really sleek looking. You do have to attach the handles, but it includes everything you need, even the screwdriver. It took a few minutes, and it was assembled. The lid fits perfectly. My old skillet's lid somehow leaked when I had liquid in it. It would steam and run down the side of the skillet, leaving a mess on my stove. This skillet doesn't do that. I browned 2 1/4 lbs of beef and some onions, and I could have probably added another pound or two! I was making a large batch of chili, and I think I could double the recipe and have room to brown all the beef! I'm amazed at the size of this thing! I love that it's oven safe up to 340 degrees! It's not super heavy, and the long handle makes it easy to hold it and brace it against my wrist, even with food in it. I also love the second handle, so much easier to pick up and pour the contents out! I will cherish this skillet for years to come, and I'll probably be getting one for my sister as a gift this Christmas!

Great set of pots and pans...comes in a cool and hilarious packaging - super good value for money.The cooking utensils, however, are quite useless as they tend to flex too much making it super challenging to fry/cook heavier stuff.I am giving this a 5 star because the pots and pans did their job well!!Update April 5, 2018A month ago, I noticed the non-stick coating started to come off on its own. And this is under normal usage, hand-washed with a soft sponge. Not sure about the warranty. I will be writing in and will update you guys when I have additional information.Update April 7, 2018The company replied my email on the same day I wrote to them and took care of the situation. For your information, there is a 1-year warranty on the pots/pans. After receiving pictures of the damaged pot, they are sending me a replacement set! Excellent service and communication!!Five Star!!!

The short answer: This is a great pan, and you can't beat the price. And come to think of it, that is the long answer as well. No, it is not a $250 pan. But....you are not paying that price. And I have to tell you I have had those and they certainly were never 10x better than this one.THE GOOD: Great price. The size of this pan is wonderful, as it the height of the lip. Together they let you cook quite a lot of food at one time. Easily a meal for a family of 4. And many pans, much more expensive, do not come with a lid. This comes with a wonderful lid--and see through! It heats quickly, heats reasonably evenly, and cooks very nicely. After at least 2, maybe 3 years, no damage, no warping, no loss of non-stick. This is while doing full time cooking between two homes. We love to cook, and use this 90% of the time.Works great for meals, meats, wide enough to allow a spatula to do pancakes and crepes, deep enough to fill with water for 4 corn on the cobs, etc. Hugely versatile.THE NOT SO GOOD: It is not the thickest metal. A thicker metal would heat more evenly (though as I said, this was fine), would be more resilient to damage (so...don't damage it.) But would be heavier too, and this is a very manageable weight (at such a large size, a thicker gauge would be quite heavy, indeed).The non-stick could be thicker. No, after a few years it has not chipped. But it has been a bit less resistant to my wife's occasional use of a metal spatula. So while we can see a light scratch here and there, no chipping or flaking has ensured.THE SORTA BAD: If you want to split hairs, here you go. Yes, as some have said you have to "put it together". In that you have to screw on the handle with one screw, and the counter-handle (which BTW, is a nice touch!), also with one screw. Anyone complaining about this is is a class by themselves.Yes, every now and again those screws start to loosen. And once they start, you still have weeks before anything gets close to coming apart. So next time, put an extra washer, or lock-washer, or dab of bond glue in and you are done. Sorry it isn't perfection, but it's also just $25.This item is one of the things that make us all love Amazon. That we can pick up an item at an unbelievable price, and have it work wonderfully. So, maybe not for 10 years. But if it lasts me a few years I will be totally happy. And likely just re-buy the same item.

A cheap pan that almost burnt me. The handle has only one screw, not like two on higher end pans. It slowly came loose and then just fell off, dinner on the floor and the pan just nearly burning me. The handle was screwed on tight to begin with.

Product is great quality, a little small but really good qulaity so worth it.

We received this at the end of September. In less than 2 months the coating is already starting to bubble and chip. We were very hopeful for this pan and took very good care of it. Save your money and buy something else.If i could return I would.
