I am a long-time Kanken backpack fan. I use my Kankens for everything - daily use, trips, hiking. They are incredibly versatile bags, almost magical in their ability to hold a ton of stuff but never look overstuffed.However, they lack internal organization. This little insert is a fantastic solution. Not only does it give the backpack a bit more structure, it also provides some basic internal organization for small items. The two zipper pouches aren't huge but are sufficient for storing all sorts of small items that can get easily lost in a backpack, such as a slim wallet, chargers, passports, lipbalm, etc. This makes it much easier to find small things. The insert also has a large internal slot that can fit a slim tablet or documents.The insert is very light because the material is super thin. However, I have not yet had any issues with the material tearing.Definitely recommend this for people who use their Kanken bags extensively.

Fits seamlessly in my Fjall Raven Kanken backpack, adding storage and versatility. I love the zippered pouch especially! Great quality as expected, wish it had a few more organizational pouches/slots for the price though!

I love this accessory for my bag! It helps keep my pens, notepads, lotion, and more organized in my work bag.

And when you add it to the cost of the bag already it’s kinda crazy. But it is worth it in my opinion. It really adds to the functionality of the little bag. I wouldn’t not have it now.

If you have a Kanken bag you need this. It’s perfect for staying organized. Super thin and hold so much. No more digging around my bag.
