Purchased this product in Decemeber of 2018, used it everyday and appeared to be sturdy. Recently it fell off the couch and fell approximately 2 feet, I thought it was fine until I noticed a crack in the plastic near the upper right corner adjacent to the power button. I really thought this would handle such a short fall, unfortunately it did not. The tablet itself is okay, but I will have to purchase a new case. I was in the military, this is not military grade. UPDATE: Sent email to this seller and they are sending a new plastic piece. No questions asked, just had to send pic of broken product and order ID number. OUTSTANDING customer service and willingness to correct defective part. WILL DEFINITELY ORDER ALL PROTECTIVE CASES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The product is just as described, we purchased this for an old tablet that we wanted to keep protected to keep using it. The case is nice and sturdy.

Great case. Is there anyway to get in contact with the seller of this item? The email listed was faulty. The item listed that it came with a screen protector. When I opened the package, there was no screen protector. Is there anyway the seller could send me a protective screen for the item. I don’t want to return the case because the case works great. I just need the screen protector.

K I am accident prone when it comes to electronics, so right after I purchased my Galaxy E Tab I started looking for a case. At first, I was disappointed to only find folio cases and a kids' case with a large handle. I like the look of folio cases, but I needed something more heavy duty for my butterfingers, and my 14 month old twins. I almost caved and went with the kids' case, since it was all I could find. After searching different phrases (on Google and Amazon) over the course of a few days, I finally came across this case. I read the description multiple times, in unbelief that I actually found a sleek, protective case... one that would withstand my toddlers, but wouldn't look silly when being used for myself. Why this case is perfect: 1. The dual layer protection (hard plastic with outer rubber), making me feel extremely confident in my tablet's safety. 2. Built-in kickstand for watching videos. 3. Comfortable to hold. 4. Screen protector to prevent scratches. 5. Easy access to all ports and buttons. 6. Fun, bright color. 7. Fairly quick shipping. I think I got it in less than a week. So glad I found this case, and at a great price of $19.99! The tablet was purchased for child so I ordered this case to help protect it. The case seems to be very durable and well cushioned to absorb shock from dropping or impacts. It fit the tablet really well. At first I had concerns that due the thickness the buttons would not work very well but after installation on the tablet I found they work quite well and consistent. I would recommend this item to anyone who uses a tablet that might be subject to drops or impact. Adds a little bulk but that what makes it shockproof.

Although it is very thick and bulky, this does feel like a pretty decent tablet casing. However, the clear adhesive screen protector was just impossible to apply without bubbles appearing and wasn't worth the many attempts. Also, the hard plastic part that clicks in place over the rubber part, obstructs the edge of the screen and makes it hard to pull down the quick access menu. Additionally, that hard plastic part seems to want to pop up all the time, so it isn't fully clicked into place. Lastly, I had not quite recognized, when I ordered it, that there is not a flap or cover for the screen and without the clear adhesive film - there is nothing protecting the screen from scratches. I had a fold-over case before that was not as rugged looking, but it was actually more compatible with the tablet. If I have it to do over, I wouldn't get this one. It’s been a couple of years and I wanted to add that the hard plastic portion cracked in several places despite being handled pretty reasonably. I tolerated this case for a while, but its poor fit and lack of screen protection made me use the tablet less often. I’m ready to buy a different case!

This case is very nice. It fits the tablet snuggly, and looks good. It has plenty of cushion, from every side, to protect the tablet, in case you drop it. I like the feel of the case when I'm holding or using the tablet. I might even order another one, of a different color, just to have a variety. The retractable stand also works good, and has a nice angle for 'landscape' or TV viewing. Overall, I'm very pleased with this case, and recommend it.

This is a really decent case at an exceptional price. It has the hard shell protection as well as the rubber bumper protection. My customer loved that it has a kickstand so they can stand it up and not have to hold it. I thought the screen protector was built in but I actually prefer it the way it is (separate). Overall very happy with this case, would definitely recommend.
