I am 71 years old and have been using this now for over a month. To my surprise it actually started working after about a week's use. I continued Phase 1 for 2 weeks and then went to Phase 2 but then I noticed it began to lose its effectiveness so I returned to Phase 1 for another week. It started working again so after another week on Phase 1 I went back to Phase 2. Have been doing Phase 2 now for about a week and find that it is still working well. I would recommend this product and will continue to use it. I am happy that I finally found something that works.

As a well studied individual on herbal medicine, I am not familiar with the herb in the label, Epoblium. Its the Latin name, not the common name, which makes it must harder for most consumers to truly know or recognize what they are consuming, The common name is Willow Small Flower, or Small Flower Willow Herb, being the common name. This class contains several different herbs, so it remains unclear which species or variety is used in this product.That being said, its very difficult to find much info, since we do not know what this is exactly. It would be greatly helpful if the printed the latin and common name of the herb, as most products usually have both, so people know what they are consuming and ingesting.However, took the leap of faith, and starting spraying this in my mouth 2x day, 10 sprays each time. I have the not been consistent with this, since it really bothered me not knowing what this is. In addition, on the bottle, it says proprietary blend, which makes this even more ambiguous and clandestine.Putting aside that, its been hard judge the merits of taking this herb, but it seems nighttime urination seems to have been reduced, but not eliminated.My gut and intuitive feeling is that this is working. Thats completely anecdotal. I am intrigued by this, to say this is probably the 3rd bottle inhave ordered. So that tells you something. I highly recommend comitting to this for a few bottles before you evaluate it, and doing the 10 sprays 2x day.The only side effect is in the morning upon awakeningk this spray gives me a sore throat.This has been as effective as many of the other prostate formulas on amazon, including Doctors formula.

I'm 71 years old. For years, I've been up 2-3 times per night to pee. So upon a family member's recommendation, I bought a bottle and started using it sporadically.Full disclosure: the first time I sprayed 10 squirts under my tongue, I thought it would burn my tongue out! That lasted 30-40 seconds, and then slowly subsided. With each repeated usage, the degree of sting diminishes.With the new year, I committed to using the prostate supplement AS RECOMMENDED -- twice a day for two weeks, then daily thereafter. I'm well into my second bottle now.And the result? Many nights I don't get up at all -- like last night. I estimate that I now get up 2-3 times per WEEK instead of 2-3 times per night.If you wrestle with the same problem, give it a try LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY. Tough out the initial stinging; it get's better pretty quick.I couldn't be happier with my results.

I've tried every product on planet earth with very little or no real results, until I found CCL Advanced Prostate supplement. I've gone from getting up 4 to 5 times at night to getting up most times only once if at all. And if I go to a movie theater I can watch the whole movie. CCL please don't change this product. It works just like it is. Thank you!

Using it for a few days and noticed when I wake up to use the bathroom in the morning it takes a few minutes to complete urinating and a couple of days I had to come back in about an hour later. It works better during the day but you are not getting a feeling of completely empty bladder. Will have to return. Plus after 2 days i noticed that the top part of the pump has a little gsp but still works

Doesn't work, increased urine output go more often now then before using, two weeks so will see in another week

I am taking this as more of a preventative than any need but I have read up on the ingredients and for the price It seems like a great option. This is my second bottle and once you get past the taste it is not so bad (you can put it in water also) CCL has a good reputation and I use their other products with much success.
