Love these beans but hard to find.
I use them for red beans and rice and they work out great. They are creamy. I put them in my crock pot or insta pot. No need to soak.Unfortunately they are hard to find and some of the prices are ridiculous! Until I can get them at a reasonable price I will not be buying them.
