Fantastic little camera
I purchased 2 of these cameras and found the build quality to be excellent. I wanted them to protect my front garden, garage and parking area. They are easy to mount and setup and the image quality is excellent.I did have a problem with SD card recording on the second unit. I contacted the support team initially via Amazon and received a fast response followed by a direct WhatsApp communication with Rainbow in the support team. Rainbow was really on top of the issue until it was resolved by sending me a replacement which I received in quick time.I doubt there is anything better on the market at this price..!!!

Good value for money but has its caveats.
Good overall quality and functionality, easy to install and configure. Mobile phone app is a bit clunky and you will need to subscribe to the cloud service to take full advantage of the functions. My main complaint is that it's not possible to directly download the footage from the app but you need to "record" as it's shown on the screen, a bit pointless IMHO.

Doesn’t work over the internet
Would not link with App as it should so could not be viewed over the internet - works at home but you cannot see the image when away from home as you should be able to do. Customer service no use at all - just time wasters till you get fed up - this went on for over two weeks till I gave up! I think unit is faulty but they kept suggesting the same things, just going round in circles. Have Netvue and Ring Cameras which were easy to set up. Won’t touch this brand again - unfortunately I left it in the box a while before setting up and return window closed before I got chance to send it back to Amazon

Brilliant quality and great price
So happy with the two cameras I purchased. The motion detection is brilliant, I’m notified right away when it is triggered. The picture quality is so clear. These cameras were quick and easy to set up to the WiFi .Customer service was also excellent. Would highly recommend

Value for money for such good quality.
The camera is very well built, not plastic like other cameras. Picutre quality is very good even when you zoom in.My camera had an issue with the sd card, but with the help of Hugh we went through testing of the camera to find the fault. In the end Zosi replaced the camera. Very good service from Hugh at Zosi. I would recommend Zosi cameras.

Buggy Software
Bought the Zosi c190 and the Wansview W9 at the same time , both on deals 25/35 quid each .The 190 is a better made camera and a better camera picture full stop {Metal vs plastic construction}, but is not a pan and tilt camera like the W9Zosi is the better looking app , BUT the Zosi app is buggy as hell , Wansview not perfect but at least a lot less trouble, but more awkward to use .The free trial on the W9 will not start unless you give them bank details C190 does , but the icon for the cloud storage in the Zosi app disappears more time than it appears .Alerts are not implemented into micro sd storage as well as they are to the cloud , breaks its wifi connection now and then , but does seen to connect back up by restarting the app .Zosi gives 24/7 recording to sd ,W9 only alert recordings .Both cameras can be used to record to SD without an internet connection , but will need to connected to a wifi routerBoth are cheap cameras when bought on a deal , but thats not the point .Zosi needs to sort out the buggy app .How they expect you to give them your money when the free trial does not work properly to begun with is beyond me . If i paid 100 quid each they would of both gone back

Decent budget security camera
Likes - easy to set up, good day time picture, variable sensitivity, good variable detection area settings, ability to use cloud (cost) or micro SD card, option to use ethernet cable transmissions as well as WiFi, well protected micro SD card slotDislikes - in common with virtually all CCTV apps I have come across there is very little information and advice to determine the best set up. The night time picture can be a problem. The infra-red use at night seems to be badly affected by close objects , meaning in a confined area there can be burning out if an object is too close, However this also means it provides good illumination over a wide, open area. Negative for confined space positive for open space. Playback defaults to the assumption you are using cloud and if you are not paying for cloud storage you have to change the source of playback to the SD card every time. Note presumably you either have to retrieve the SD card to copy a video clip or record the playback on your phone as you view it (see earlier about instructions), certainly it is not easy to get what could be an evidence clip. In common with all the WiFi cameras I have come across the ability for getting the signal through exterior walls is poor, however as it accepts ethernet cable transmission, which I personally prefer for stability this is easily overcome. You have to provide a cable for power so running an ethernet cable is no problem. I have a personal dislike of the camera mount in that it cannot be easily used on such as extension poles etc but that will not be a problem for most. A good day time standard of picture and but the night-time picture is worse in a restricted space some other budget CCTV cameras I have experienced but that will not affect most people.Overall it is OK and the speed of the customer service in responding to issues is very good
