Fantastic earbuds and unbelievable customer service
Firstly, the earbuds are great, they fit well and the only time I've had issues is in intense movement like shaking my head with the objective of testing how well they stay in. They're not gym earbuds but they stay in well enough for a run in my experience. The sound is clear and honestly it feels like these are a much more expensive set. I use Edifier speakers as my main speakers so maybe I'm biased towards the sound profile here as these are worked on my Edifier as well. The noise cancelling is definitely good enough, it won't block out everything but I think unless you're wearing over-ear headphones that's out of the question anyway. It's more than enough for a busy train ride or high street. The ambience mode that lets you hear through the earphones could be better, it functions but the sound is quite distorted and you get a lot of clothing and hair noise. It works enough to hear people but I wouldn't have a conversation without taking an earbud out. The controls are intuitive with the basic functions like play pause skip on one ear and mode switching and assistant on the other. It is missing volume control which could be a deal breaker for some people but personally once I've set a volume I tend to stick to it, or my phone isn't far away if I want to change it anyway. Customer service: Apart from being great earbuds, you should get these based on the customer service they offer. Unfortunately one of my earbuds stopped playing sound, of course that can happen and often does happen with such small and fragile things. Within a day of me originally emailing, customer service sent out a new pair for free after I explained the situation. I've luckily not had to deal with broken hardware many times but every time I have in the past it's been a nightmare that usually ends with the company saying they can't do anything. In this case, Earfun took the hit which obviously isn't a massive cost to them, it's just a pair of earbuds after all, but the gesture alone is refreshing in my opinion. So thank you again Freya from the Earfun customer service team if you somehow read this!

The best ear buds I’ve tried for the price
I don’t normally write reviews for the money these are a bargain. The what hi-fi award-winning ear fun earbuds went back immediately as the sound was too tinny, So don’t recommend them but this is the pro version and they are definitely the ones to go for. Firstly the sound quality is pretty decent for the money. I’d like to think of myself as a bit of an audiophile And I take my listening experiences seriously. So now you’re thinking okay so what is a so-called audiophile doing With a pair of really cheap earbuds? Well firstly I just wanted something that I could wear out and about with a decent sound, but didn’t cost me a fortune, and that I didn’t have to worry about the cost if I lost them. Secondly I’ve got a pair of decent headphones at home that I use most of the time. So back to the sound quality.I’d say it’s not as rich in sound as the Sony or Bose earbuds but the quality and depth of sound is reasonable and quite surprising. I did notice that I heard sounds and instruments on some of my favourite tracks that I’ve not heard before when listening to the same songs on cheaper headphones or even the original Apple wired earbuds. It’s not top end heavy, or woofy and generally pretty balanced and good quality. The noise cancelling is also pretty good. Let’s be realistic for a second, again it’s not going to going to be Sony or Bose Or even Apple noise cancelling for this money. Saying that with noise cancellation turned on it does take out the more white noise elements of every day objects e.g. the fan of the oven, the kettle boiling, the microwave going. You can still hear these things but the sound is clearly reduced and in that respect I found that I was able to enjoy my music at a comfortable volume but I was still able to hear some of what was going on around me. This is not the same as normal or ambient mode where Every sound is magnified externally. I haven’t tried these on public transport or a plane but my guess is that it would still take out some of that background hum, although not as efficiently as other headphones or even over ear headphones. But for my uses to just shut out some of the background noise and chatter they do the job well enough without the hefty pricetag. The fit is reasonable to and they feel sturdy when in my ears. They may not be aesthetic as the Apple AirPods but for the price I am prepared to overlook this. Connecting to my Apple devices was fairly straightforward and done through Bluetooth. So far they have maintained connection. All in all a total bargin for the money if you don’t want to worry about losing them but still want a decent pair of ear buds. Very impressed for the money.

Highly Recommended - Forget Airpods..
I would class these headphones as High Quality sound, great for commuting and work, along with a mid range price. Worth spending the extra from the £40 tier to these.. Fair superior sound than my older pair of apple airpods. You get a lot of sound for the price. I have these paired to a Oneplus 8 pro, and connectivity is flawless. Once you match the ear size they sit comfortably in the ear and don't budge. I would add dog walking to the list also, and turning off the noise cancelling is just a case of tapping the left earbud three times. That way you can hear all those sounds while you're out and about walking the pooch. The controls take a little getting used to, but once you know the tap combinations this soon became natural. Noise cancelling, ambient sound, and normal mode all sound good. Google assistance pops up with two taps of the left bud, and works perfectly, well as much as it can do (google Ai that is). If you're looking for a cheaper replacement compared to the £100+ headphones products look no further than these. Glad I took the plunge on this brand. My over the head Sony's that cost over £250, it's been hard to tell the difference on some songs. They feel well made, and the only thing I would have liked on the case would be wireless charging, but by no means a deal breaker. After wearing them for a couple of hours, they still feel comfortable in the ear. Just make sure you spend the small amount of time on getting the ear size right, and experiment walking around and eating with them in, to get the right feel.

I was excited to try out the EarFun Air Pro after I had read about them on some audio websites. I liked the styling and they seemed very compact and looked like they would work well for me at the gym, on the go, and at the office. I decided to take a chance and ordered them. They arrived the next day thanks to Amazon’s Prime's fast shipping. Accessories - When I got the earbuds they came nicely packaged in a petite box. Included in the box is a USB C cable and 3 sizes of ear tips, small, medium, and large. The Air Pro themselves came fully charged in the very small charging case, the charging connectors on the earbuds had a small protective film that needed to be removed before using them. Features\Build Quality - The earbuds use an accelerometer to allow for touch controls, for example two taps on the right earbud starts\pauses music, 3 taps on the right bud advance a track, 3 taps on the left ear bud cycle through hybrid active noise cancelling, transparent mode, normal mode etc. I found it easy to get used to the controls and found they performed well. The earbuds have hybrid noise cancelling. The hybrid active noise cancelling worked quite well at the gym, quieting the roar of the fans or the pounding of someone’s feet on the treadmill. I found that it also worked well to quite the air conditioning and the constant drone of the servers at my work place. 10mm composite dynamic drivers are utilized and the EarFun Air Pro have an IPX5 sweat\water rating that comes in handy for those that use these at the gym or outside. They have a total 32 hour playtime, 9 hours on the earbuds and 23 hours with the charging case. I found that the earbuds sometimes exceeded their advertisement play time even. The Air Pro also have noise cancellation for calls and single earbud mode for when you only want to use one earbud. The Air Pro are very light and are made of a durable black plastic. They are very light and I did not feel any fatigue from having them in my ears for hours. I like the angled nozzle because it fit my ears well and with the included tips also provided good passive noise cancellation. I want to mention that these are very glasses friendly and for those who wear masks to protect themselves during this pandemic. I want to touch on how nice and compact the case is, it is to carry in your pocket and seems well made with a USB C charging port, with a charging indicator next to it. The case also has a charging indicator light within the case and is also used for pairing. the earbuds fit magnetically in the case and they felt very secure. Speaking of pairing, these were very easy to pair to both my LG G8 ThinQ and my wife’s Iphone 11. After being paired, the next time I took them out of my case, they were instantly paired and ready to play music. I also like the way they paused the music if I took one of the Air Pro out my ears. I also wanted to mention that I had no dropouts, I would leave my phone on the window sill at the gym and walked 40 ft or more and they stayed connected, I also had no problem when I took them on a hike with my dog, they never disconnected when used outside. Sound - The EarFun Air Pro have lots of bass, but it is controlled and not bloated. They seem to have a V shaped sound signature, with crisp mids, lively vocals, and they do not lack in treble. I really like how they sound. I listened to a variety of Flac and mp3s in a variety of genres from thrash metal, acoustic, jazz, and so on. The Air Pros performed admirably in all the genre’s I threw at them. I also liked how they had a wide soundstage, they did not sound congested, all of the instruments were easily heard in all the songs. I found myself looking forward to listening to music on my EarFun Air Pro, they were that good. Calls - I took several calls with these, both personal and for work. I called my 79 year old mother and she said I sounded great, and that was with a 15 mph wind when I was out on a walk. I used them on some zoom calls and nobody said I sounded robotic or anything. I also thought everything sounded great on my end. I used them both on my Imac and pc during Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings\calls. I can see that the advertised noise cancellation was put to good use for taking calls. The only thing I would like to see in the next iteration of these would be the use of AptX, the ability to change volume on the earbuds, and maybe an app to give me the ability to change sound signatures, and an equalizer. Overall, I would highly recommend these. They are priced very reasonably and offer a lot for your money. They have great sound, hybrid active noise cancelling, and a great sound signature with sufficient bass for those those that want their songs to hit hard.

This product works great and worth more than its price. The sound quality is very good and the bass is powerful for an earbud. It fits perfectly in my ears. The ambience mode is good for me to be aware of the surrounding whenever i use it during outdoor activity & workout.

After reading reviews I decided to purchase these for my commute and working in the office. The sound quality is great for the price. Great bass. Treble a bit tinny (as said in some reviews). The fit for my ears is good (I have small ears and struggle with ear buds falling out during exercise or while walking). Set up was very easy. Haven’t had to recharge them yet (after two weeks). Case is nice and small, with an easy fit so the earphones go in easily even in the dark. Love the ability to just use one ear alone. This works very well when listening to music, with no break in play. Noise-cancellation is quite good. I noticed they cut out a lot of the background noise on the train. With my phone they automatically start music playing when I just put them in my ears, which surprised me at first. No volume control on the earbuds (which I miss from my over-ear headphone). But the tapping function to pause and skip songs works well. Haven’t tested the call quality or Siri integration yet.
