Been using to make beef and Turkey jerky. It’s FANTASTIC…family loves it at 1/5 - 1/3 the cost of store bought jerky in the store

Get rid of that red dye #3 and seal the package all the way.
Makes me nervous with the warning sticker on the back. Pretty package. Beautiful looking salt. Says do not taste.Wasn't completely sealed when I received it. My entire package was somewhat salty.Thanks Savory for making a beautiful product. I hope some one there would consider natural sources for the pink color such as beet powder.Sincerely the family.

wonderful back bacon
This curing salt made wonderful back bacon. I was in the UK in last spring and had back bacon with baps and I decided to make my own when I got home. This curing salt made a delicious product.
