I wear a men's 11 boot and these could be a tiny bit bigger (I purchased a Medium), however they do work and I won't be returning them because it's close enough and the next size may be too big. The strap just has to be pushed forward a bit to fall in the arch of my boot.

Not ideal for rugged use.
These are somewhat large and the straps that go under to boot kept coming loose then off when I was hiking in snow during a photo shoot. I finally had to just take them off so I would not trip. They also began to fray on the bottom edges inn the first hour so the material is not as durable as it should be for serious outdoor use.
