I am obsessed with the castor oil combo! I have always wanted to go bottle free & no chemicals, or at least minimum chemicals. I had no idea this would ALSO be the exact solution to taming my extremely frizzy hair too. My hair feels SO soft and it actually curls nicely now instead of like I stuck my finger in an electrical socket. I also like the subtle smells of all the soap bars. The shave bar is amazing too and leaves my skin soft and moisturized instead of dried out and flaking like other bars of soap I use.

This is a fabulous shampoo in a bar form. Medium lather. Just make sure to wet your hair well before shampooing. Leaves hair soft and clean. I don't feel any residue left in my hair after a wash and dry. Pair with the Castor Oil Conditioner bar. My scalp feels moisturized. No itching or flaking noted. I have color treated hair.

Got this shampoo after I was suffering with hair loss, suggested by someone in one of my Facebook’s health minded support groups. It had a strong smell to me at first but now I love it. It does lather nicely and I love the way my hair feels and looks thicker. I still lose a few strands when I brush but I think we naturally shed so I don’t blame the soap. I got the conditioner bar but I almost never need to use it. I do wash my hair only a few times a week so I don’t dry things out (not needing the conditioning bar). It makes my hair feel clean. My daughter commented that the ingredients were clean! A little pricey but worth every penny!

My hair is much less frizzy and much shinier after using this shampoo bar. My hair feels very clean but not dried out and I’m not using conditioner as often. The smell is pleasant. Bonus: the packaging is recyclable and you don’t pay for the water that’s blended into liquid shampoo.

This is the 3rd bar I have used and I absolutely love it. I have used the rosemary and biotin, rice water and now the castor oil. Your hair will love you for switching. My hair feels great. Yes your hair grows. It smells great too. It's long-lasting. Thank you I don't plan on ever going back to bottle shampoos again.

I’m giving this three stars solely based on my experience and no other reason. I have hair that becomes bigger and puffier when humit out. As I’ve aged, my hair does not grow as well and seems to be much more damaged and dry. I wanted to give this shampoo bar a try due to the castor oil and the conditioning title. The pros. I like the smell of it, it was fairly easy to use, and it got my hair very clean. The cons for me, only of course due to my hair type, made my hair feel very dry and it didn’t look conditioned. I started adding my own conditioner to it as I was shampooing to try and have a more condition feel. I will continue to use it, but I don’t know if I would order it again. However, depending on hair type, someone else may find this shampoo conditioner bar a great fit.

The shampoo bar lathers nicely. My hair feels soft and clean. No waxy feel to it. I will definitely order again and will try the conditioner.Put the bar in a dry place after use. Mine lasted a month with everyday shampooing and my hair is shoulder length.
