For us it really helps with seizures. Ours son has Landau-Kleffner Syndrome, a rare seizure disorder and his seizures occur during deep sleep. This supplement helps him to sleep better. We have noticed the difference when he does not take it. Have used it for years.

p-5-p w magnesium . I can only assimilate b6 in this form. From My Own Experience: P-5-p w magnesium capsule, could only buy separately in my day, cured my pain “at time of. The month”.20 years later I suggested my daughter take p-5-p instead of medication. P-5-p w Magnesium 🌹Stopped my daughter’s morning sickness.My understanding is: ( please do your own research) when baby formulas were first made commercially babies didn’t thrive some even died. When “b6” was added to formula the babies thrived.I am unable to assimilate b6 in pyridoxine form.

I bought these because they are said to comhat morning sickness when combined with your prenatal, but I didn't experience any relief. Maybe it's just my body that is rejecting them--- wouldn't know until you give it a try. Unfortunately didn't work out for me.

We love this stuff. Helped my son with UC bring up his levels (along with epsom salt baths). Also helps with mental wellness, as solid magnesium/b6 levels will do for us humans.
