I bought this as my dermatologist advised to follow a beauty regimen that uses warm and cold compress as well as light therapy.I have an combi and acne-prone skin so I really feel that this will help me to have a clearer face.Warm compress opens pores to remove dirt and excess oil, and helps the serum and cream be absorbed faster. While cold compress is to close the pores and lock the serum in.I highly suggest to read the manual properly to maximise the result if this device. The first time I used it, I tried the lowest warm and cold level. Eventually, I started using the max level as I know I can tolerate the temperature.As per its result, its way too early to give my judgement because as far as I know it will take at least 3 months to see the benefits. But, I love the fact that it makes my beauty routine more convenient. As steaming my face to open the pores and washing my face with cold water is too much job.I can't comment yet regarding its durability but the battery life goes off easy if I use max temp constantly.

The hot and cold functions on this device were amazing. However! The shape of this is almost awkward to maneuver on my face, would have been better if it was a more rounded wand like tip. Also, whatever serums and creams i applied disappear so quickly i found myself dragging this along my skin and that didnt feel nice and adding more cream/serum wasn't an option. Such a pity. Otherwise was quite relaxing to use.

This is amazing. Really helps calm my irritated skin - especially after an exfoliation or blackhead extraction. A new must have for my skin care routine!

Its too early to see the results as I've only just purchased it the other day. However I feel that its functions are great and it does the job.

Arrived quickly and so easy to use wasn't sure if I would notice any difference with reducing wrinkles but so far it does seem to be helping and leaves my face feeling good.

That product is used only for fewinutes on hot or cold and then it stops working, i just cannot u derstabd the difference at all

After first use i am so delighted I decided to buy it , its amazing facial cleaner and facial toner , so far so happy about this product
