A very good concept of a single travel charging solution. Build quality is ok, the retractable plug contacts doesn't seem to be very durable but the functionality is king.Cons:- too bright LED- no "always on/off" charging switch- when usb devices are connected, the charger emits high pitch variating noise. Can the manufacturer please test their chargers in a silent environment for hissing and typical charger sound before releasing a product? Yes, chargers are known to produce high pitched sound and people are known to sleep close to their chargers, please do not make chargers that emit any sound when charging and when idle.

So the second time I used it, it blew a fuse and burnt up. BUT, I'm giving it 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1. It worked great the first time and for all I know it could have been the outlet, not the plug that was the problem. 2. We didn't bring it back from Greece and therefore, didn't even think about requesting a refund. But when the company emailed me to ask how I liked the product I told them what happened and they offered me a refund AND a replacement.Therefore, not only would I recommend this product/company, I will buy from them again if the need arises.

Used this in Germany and Netherlands and it worked perfect. I also used it to charge my phone while in the airport which is nice because I can charge while walking and am not restrained to a sitting area with 50 phones and 3 outlets!

We took this on a trip with us to London in April of this year (2016). It worked perfectly. I used every single port available and everything charged beautifully. We did not use it as a mobile power source so I don't know how that part of the device functions - but all else was perfect.

My wife and I each bought this for a trip to the UK. Neither of us had ever been and this handled the trip well. Battery backup is very slow charging devices, but useful to have in a pinch - especially if you don't have a power bank. It was also nice to be able to charge a USB device and a standard plug at the same time. My only complaint is the a lot of the plugs in the UK have a reset switch built into the outlet and the size of this unit can interfere with the switch making it difficult to plug in while keeping the switch active. I was able to work around this for the most part. I would definitely recommend this adapter for travel to the UK.

I survived a trip through Europe with this guy. The light is very bright, and it can make a very high pitch whining noise depending on what all is plugged into it. I don't recommend it if you can hear those high pitches easily like from CRT TVs.

Only worked 100% for 6 months. Internal battery died first, followed with the USB ports (only one would function at a time), and I finally stopped using it when the plug in started sparking.UPDATE: LOOP Customer Service Responded and is shipping me a free replacement. I'll post a review of how the replacement performs.
