Great fit, works well. Good value!
It seems like this product out performs OEM weber! Used the whole summer and never had to change the battery. Worked every time I lit up the grill.

Super Easy!
Installing this couldn't have been any easier. I thought I was going to have to splice and crimp wires but nope the kit makes it so that it's plug and play. It looks almost exactly like the original. Some people were reviewing that the color was a little off but I just used the original button on the new assembly and it looks and fits like the original. It's manufactured very well and definitely worth not having to pay the OEM price.

Worked perfect and fit perfect
Super easy to install and works great. The ONLY gripe I have is that the rubber boot that goes over the battery doesn't quite fit like the old one. It is barely holding on to the base when it is fully stretched out, but it does stay put just fine.

Good replacement at a very good price
This replacement ignitor works great, like new. The only problem was one of the elements did not work, no spark. Reading other feedback I saw that sometimes you may need to fidget with the spark element, bending it carefully away from the burner ever so slightly until it works. Be sure to have gas off when adjusting!Only other thought is that the directions were very thorough and easy to follow; however, in hindsight there were some unnecessary steps in the process which could be removed. Now, let's just see how long the product works 😊

So far, not good at all
My package did not include the igniter wire clips shown in the picture. All of my old ones are melted, but I needed to use the grill the day after the igniter arrived, so I put the new igniter in without them.As others have said, the electrodes may need to be bent. I had to do that to all of mine and I found it helpful to use a little sand paper on the tubes at the ignition point. After all the tubes were reinstalled and I was sure they all sparked, I moved my grill back to where it normally is. When I tried to light it up, none of the burners will start with the igniter button.I have had to start my grill with a lighter since this then. I cannot get anything to spark anymore.I used a new battery, and next I'll have to pull the grill apart and see if the electrodes have moved and are no longer sparking. So far, very dissapointing.

Even your below average handyman can do it!
I recently bought this and a kit to replace my gas tubes, etc. When I started pulling my 14-year grill apart I got very nervous: much of my hardware was corroded and it looked to be a bit technical. I forged ahead with this step, first, and was shocked how it all came together and IT WORKED! Now my grill starts so easily and I am stunned I DID IT!
