After using the internet and JUST ASK without success to find what is wrong with the steam valve I decided to just clean my coffee machine. I researched different options and chose Descaling Solution for All Brands of Coffee and Espresso Machines By Housewares Solutions - 4 Fluid Ounce Bottle (2-Pack). It did wonders! Obviously the dream valve vas badly clogged. I could not believe that it was so simple to solve my problem and so cheaply! Actually it was not...I had to run 20 time clean water trough twice with vinegar and few times boiling water to make sure I clean it well from the smell and the whatever chemicals were useed in that solution...I do not want to think about it!!! I cleaned it very well! Very happy!

This is my go to cleaner for our home coffee pot. My husband can't stand vinegar (one of the other cleaners recommended for coffee pots) so we order this one. It works well and does the job. We have a "smart" coffee pot with all kinds of sensors and they always register as clean after running this through the machine using the manufacturer instructions.My only complaint is that it takes multiple rinse cycles of running water through the machine to get rid of the citrus smell. I always do a few extra rinses in addition to the two rinse cycles my coffee machine requires. I'm not sure how dangerous/unhealthy this cleaner is, so many I'm being over cautious...

I used this with my De Longhi espresso machine, and it seems to have worked as well as the descaler that came with the machine. I did it a few weeks ago and my machine is working as well as new. It's less expensive than the De Longhi brand descaler. Plus, it's much more eco-friendly and is phosphate free. I bought this on a recommendation, and I think I will stick with this brand in the future.

I have a ninja coffee bar and I have used vinegar and water to descale it. 2 weeks later I'm having to run the clean cycle again. This product does such an excellent job descaling my machine. It has been a month now and the clean light on my machine still hasnt come on. I use my coffee machine several times a day. This is the second time I have ordered this product. You will not be disappointed with it. Before I bought this product I had 2 coffee bar systems break with the clean light not going off and not brewing. This product will save you money, time and extend the life of your machine. Works on any machine to descale it. You have a customer for life!!

This product has no flavor, you won't taste anything but your coffee. The whole point of descaling. Use one treatment when your coffee flavor goes off or starts to taste different. It works very well. It does require paying attention during use, hot water and foaming cleaner combine to restore the maker's clean taste. I rinse more than the direction says, just to be sure all of the cleaner is gone before I make a cupa to drink. This cleans the inside workings that you can't see, so you have to go by smell and clean looking water to decide if it's clean.

I use this "Descaling Solution" for the cleaning of my Ninja coffee maker. The product works well, the seller shipping was incredibly quick. I am dissapointed in how the manufacturer seals the containers. My first order consisted of two boxes containing two each of the product. I had four bottles in total. Two of the bottles in my first order were leaking upon my receipt, it looked to me that the caps were screwed on too tight or that they had been opened and re-closed? Only a few cc's of solution had leaked, I used solution anyway. The second container did not have leaking containers. I did not complain. Today I received my second order of descaling solution (i like the product and the price). The two bottles in the box both were moist and the bottle cap seals appear to be broken. Dear Seller, have you received any other reports similar to mine? How can I have the product replaced?
