Oil pan leak sealed
My 2007 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL with 277k on it finally started leaking at the oil pan. The oil pan in these Altima's use a grey RTV from the factory with no gasket and the Nissan manual specifically call it this product as an alternative compared to their Nissan branded stuff. This worked incredibly well and my Altima is happy again with no leaks.Pros:* Tip is precut so I didn't have to mess with getting it right* Easy enough to use and control the flow* I can simply clean and have access to use more product later so there is no waste* Creates excellent seal when used according to directionsCons:* Takes time to cure properly so if you're in a rush this isn't your jam. They recommend 24 hours before putting oil in the system to allow curing.

A really good deal!!! Long-lasting if you cap the tube after use.
If you're using this for a one-time application, you may want to opt for a smaller tube. However, if you use RTV a lot, this tube will last you a long time and the price is on-point. I saved quite a bit overall by just buying the bigger tube instead of smaller individual tubes. This is like that Granny's hot sauce- I use this s*** on everything!Very good stuff, you can cap the tube for reuse. Good high-temp RTV that resists oil and stuff. I've used it on applications like metal-to-plastic and the adhesion is great. The ease of use and thickness is also better than the smaller tubes in my opinion, because you can control the flow using any caulk gun of your choice.I recommend using a "finger" from nitrile gloves to cap the tube along with a wood screw or bolt. The only downside is it takes a while to cure compared to other similar RTVs (like "Great Stuff", etc).I used this to seal around a throttle body that had a snapped corner bolt on a bmw m50 motor, this was plastic-on-metal, and this RTV has held up for literally over 5 years so far with no signs of cracking or anything else. That's after hundreds or possibly thousands of heat cycles and exposure to CCV oils, etc.So yeah, It's very good.

Gray's the best for bolts.
One BB size drop on a properly cleaned bolt and female thread will lock it through vibration applications. Yes it is better than loctite. Flash heat will release.

Great applicator too
Got this to use on rebuilding my locking hubs per someone's recommendation. Used what I needed to and put away, came back later to use on sealing the transfer case and the tube/applicator still worked great.

Only One You Should Own
Sometimes this is hard to find locally and when you are working in a classic car have a tube in your arsenal is a good tool to have. It’s a quality product that fit the bill.
