Perfect for pump setup.
If you have a water tank with an on-demand pump you need one of these between the tank and the pump. Works perfectly. Make sure your glue job is perfect and give it time to dry - there is a lot of back pressure on those connections. The little embossed arrow indicates water flow direction.

Probably works fine but I screwed up.
You know what happens when you read too fast and don't get all the facts. I thought this was threaded inside for pipe thread but NOOOOOOOOOO,,,,,,,,,,,, it's a glue fitting.

solid device
Solid build device. Perfect ft. No leaks, on 35psi system.The spring is a little too strong for my taste though. I use this between my tanks and my pump. I need decent level of water in my tanks to overcome the spring so that the pump has water, to be able to start.

Works great. It was easy to adjust the spring to ease tension. Using for a bilge line.
Great fit and works perfect. It was easy to remove spring to ease up the tension and it opens under less pressure so pump doesn’t have to work harder than needed.

Good soluton for sprinklers on a slope.
This valve stopped the water overload at the lowest sprinkler after the zone was watered by preventing the system drainback. It also improved the start-up time by keeping the pipes full of water rather than air.

It's a 1 1/4" pvc check valve that gets glued onto two separate pieces of pvc pipe. As long as you pay attention to the orientation of the flow direction of the flap inside the valve you are to go. It works fine.

Added to my pool cover pump
The extra diameter of adding a larger hose and hence a larger spring-loaded check valve to my pool pump makes a big difference. The old flap check valve would foul easily and the hose diameter was not as big.
