I’ve used this product for a couple of years and love it. It’s refreshing, cooling, and completely removes makeup. On nights I’m too tired for a full routine, it gives me a quick, thorough clean. The scent is fresh and natural, never perfumey. Occasionally a cap arrives broken, but it rarely leaks. High quality at a great price!

Mild, non-irritating, works well to remove non-waterproof eyeliner, mascara, and brow pomeade. There is maybe just the slightest hint of a scent - it's almost indetectable. This feels mild on my skin, it doesn't burn, it doesn't cause redness or breakouts. It doesn't dry my skin out too bad, but I still use moisturizer after applying this product.

This has been a staple in my routine for a long time. It takes off all my makeup including waterproof mascara and does not sting my eyes at all. It leaves a nice glow to your skin and I have very acne prone sensitive skin. This product keeps my skin clear and and glowy.

Per the wife: I have used the regular formula before, thought I would try this. Removes makeup okay, though I need to let it sit on waterproof mascara longer than the other formula. It seems to have dried out the area right below my eye brows on both eyes and around my mouth, however I am used to using extra moisturizer on my whole eye area almost year round due to eczema flare ups so not a big deal. I usually only use this in the morning if I cleanse and treat my face really well at night, it feels nice and light and my face feels bright and clean again. If I feel really oily in the morning I may use it before I cleanse and use my moisturizer with spf.To sum up for me: maybe not as good (quick) a makeup remover as the regular formula, maybe a little more drying on my skin, but I do often get that fresh feeling on my skin.It won’t work for everyone (what product does?) but does well on my combination oily t-zone, sensitive, acne and eczema prone, over 50 skin.

Love how cool and refreshing my face feels afterwards and the little tingle, you can tell its working. Also leaves my skin feeling nice and cool afterwards. Removes make up as expected and the price is great. Im sensitive to strong smells and thankful this is not smelly. Great size for the price. I love Garnier, their products are such a great quality

I love this! I'm pretty sure it's the same price as the one that doesn't have vitamin C, so if you're on the fence, I think you should go for this one. I was worried that it would feel like there's something on my face but it's not oily at all! I use this on cotton rounds to take my eye makeup off every day, and I have loved it! I was borrowing the micellar water from my roommate for long enough that I bought my own.
