The extra fine nib wrote exactly as it should—finer than even my Pilot pens—and has since become my go-to everyday carry (EDC) pen.Beyond its performance, the Scriveiner Classic Silver Chrome is a stunningly designed pen. My first Scriveiner pen was a medium nibbed pen, and it worked beautifully, until one day...it slipped from my hand and fell straight down onto the nib; the pen had suffered catastrophic damage.So, I did the only correct thing there is to do: I purchased a replacement Scriveiner pen.This time, I decided to go with a fine-point nib.The pen was working well for about a month, but I noticed the writing wasn't totally smooth. So I reached out to Scriveiner and shared with them my story.Jul on the Scriveiner team was very understanding, and after providing them a video and my order #, they immediately shipped me a new pen. I got it the next day, which is insane, but that's what they did for me.The new pen writes perfectly and I'm very happy with how they helped me out. My feeling is this is a rare issue, because the pens are very high quality, and I wrote with my first pen for a long time before I dropped it and I never had any issues. The new pen is also writing flawlessly.Thanks Scriveiner for helping me out, I'll be buying pens from you in the future; hopefully the catalyst isn't me dropping this one though :D

This pen is just awesome! It’s a very smooth and holds ink very well. I did have an issue with a tiny dent in the side of the pen that was hardly noticeable but it still bothered me so I reached out to the company directly from their website. It was some of the best customer support I’ve ever received! They were very friendly and handle the issue quickly by sending me a new pen! Wonderful company, wonderful people and wonderful products!

One of the best fountain pens I have ever used. After years it runs and writes like a high end pen. Punches way above its price point and puts Brands like Visconti to shame. Get this pen and see how your writing experience changes. Absolutely stunning pen. Never had one dry spot of false start. Always the workhorse with the polished sophisticated look.

Very nice pen. Writes very smoothly. Ink dries nicely, very quick. Nice weight. Had a minor issue with the ink cartridge, but the manufacturer made it right very quickly (excellent communication, by the way).

Writes like a dream; better than a lot of named brand pens at their lower end price points. Must say customer service is excellent. The first one I received had defects in workmanship. But Catherine was super helpful, and sent me a replacement which is excellent. I would recommend this brand.

I love this pen. I am an artist and a writer. I began many years ago working with Fountain Pens. Wanting the best quality for my work, I began with the Sailor, Mont Blanc, Waterman. Initially, they worked well, but then there seemed to be one problem after another and the frustration was hair pulling.
