There are 7 things included in the box. It comes with a charger base, a USB type C cord, the pot, a flat absorbent disc, and 2 absorbent rods. Now I thought this was a risky purchase considering that there was only 3 reviews at the time that I purchased it but it turns out to be legit. When I took it out the box and set it up I thought it was not working because no water was coming out for about 2 hours but after about 4 or 5 hours some water started to come out and everything was fine since then. I might even do a youtube video review on this because there are literally no videos on youtube for this product. I highly recommend this to everyone.

The media could not be loaded. So. I bought this a couple of week ago. I JUST put this together last night. Within 5 hours, I had an odd smell. I’ve been checking to ensure I did this correctly- yes. I try to unplug to getting burned. I unplug once I got the wall plug out. Once I got the USB side out - I find the plastic gooey and this slow burn result. I’m lucky this didn’t cause a house fire.

I followed the direction and planted my succulent in this pot. I found it to be very small but ok. I plugged it in and immediately it made noise. I figured it was working and taking water from the air. I left it to do its thing and after about a week my succulent was wilting a bit. I figured it was adjusting to the new pot so I left it another week. The plant was no doing well. I could not find any way to check the water level and the soil was dry and some of the top was blowing off. I unplugged it and started to water as usual, The plant has perked up. I think this is a good idea in theory but maybe it would have to be developed further before I would buy another

I gave this to my daughter as a gift but neither of us can figure out where the water goes or how to get it in there

The planter stopped working in less than 2 weeks. There was a note in the package which I was supposed to contact if there was a problem. I emailed twice but I have not gotten a response. I have no choice but to remove the soil and return the pot. The connection between the pot and the USB is completely black.

Works great love it. Can’t get a plant to grow but this has been a game changer and for that price how can you say no.

Maybe if you live in a humid area but for desert or attic environments it doesn’t work as well.

Bought this because it seemed like a great solution for my plant. Only lasted about three weeks before it would not turn on anymore, and the connector cord was completely fried when I inspected it. Could not return due to the transplant nearly killing my plant the first time around, or I would have asked for my money back. I would not recommend purchasing this planter.
