If I run out of the brand and trying another one, after two days I will feel it on my muscles. I workout a lot and with this magnesium I’m literally pain free and rarely get sore. MAGIC in a bottle.

Las pastillas son fácil de tragar , lo único es que me daba diarrea todos los días por las mañanas no se si se deba a que los porcentajes de óxido de magnesio con relación al citrato de magnesio sea superior y por eso la reacción , como no describe a qué porcentaje está cada uno , pienso que esa puede ser la causa. A lo mejor a otras personas no les sucede , pero trate de seguirlo tomando y nunca paro de suceder .

I bought this product to help reduce body inflammation from which I was suffering. After taking the first pill, I noticed almost immediately that I felt better. As such, I've continued to take one pill on a daily basis and have continued to feel better. I no longer feel the pain from which I used to suffer. I am very happy with the magnesium oxide, my migraine headaches are gone. If I happened to get one it not that long, my headaches lasted weeks or entire months. I am very pleased with them. I take the magnesium oxide with vitamin D.
