Fall Asleep & Stay Asleep
I can't say enough good things about this product. I've always read for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes judt to relax enough to sleep - not any more. A couple sprays on my pillow & within 15 minutes I can barely keep my eyes open. And more importantly, I'm sleeping soundly through the night. If you've got issues falling asleep or stay asleep, give this product a try.

Use sparingly!! Smell takes some getting used to.
I assumed this would smell like lavender, but it doesn't really which is a little disappointing. Not sure how to describe the smell. There's no instructions of how to use it so the first night I started spraying it liberally over my pillows before I realized how strong it smells and it reminded me of old lady perfume! I really did not like it! Had to strip my pillow cases immediately because I wouldn't have been able to sleep with the strong smell. But I gave it another chance and now I just spray a spritz or 2 in the morning when I'm making the bed and by nighttime it's dissipated enough. I'm used to the smell now and like it well enough. I do think it's helping me sleep better and I will probably reorder when the first bottle is empty. But the bottle should last a long time since you only need a spritz.

Works but be careful
I used this quite a few times but I had a negative reaction the last time I sprayed my pillows and bedding. I woke up extremely dizzy, felt disoriented, and light headed from I guess a melatonin overload. I would use it seldomly and not spray too much. Also do not use if you only have 5-6 hours left of sleep because it takes roughly 30 mins to an hour to kick in and it can take several hours to wear off. But overall it does work if that helps anyone!

I blame my sister-in-law for this one
Visiting family before the holidays and we were having a good time. It was getting a little late when my sister-in-law started spraying the room. It turned out to be this lavender spray. We all laughed hysterically as if it was her way of making people tired so they would get out of her house! She swore up & down it was to help get the kids to calm down and ready for bed. She said she uses it every night now and sees a difference. I bought some right on the spot! I'm always looking for ways to help relax and destress so I can sleep. It's great! It even seems to help get the dogs calmed down before bedtime. So now I spray it around their kennels before I leave for work. A little does go a long way. The first bottle is going into it's second month. (In an apartment.) This has been added to my essentials list!
