This is the best pan to make cheesecakes!Needed a second pan, already have one, but this is better.I line the pan with non stick aluminum foil.Do my crust, do the cake and bake it. Refrigerate, then freeze wrapped and put in 2.5 gallon clear Hefty bag.Remove from freezer and turn upside down.Remove wrapping and rewrap.Put back in that ziplock and put back in freezer.Ready to send up with hubby for his brother and wife, while I am able to now make multiple cheesecakes.Everyone happy!It’s a European style cheescake, my talent. No one ever turns it down.But if you do cheesecake this is undeniably better than a spring form pan.The sides of the cake don’t break away.Neat and pretty.Yum yum

I use this pan for my family cheesecake recipe. It works much better than a traditional springform pan for releasing this very moist cake.

This is exactly the type of tin I wanted, but I would have preferred that it had a non-stick coating. The folded aluminum rim under the tin has a slightly sharp edge though not really an issue.

I love it, I thought that would be a little bit small, but it worked perfectly for what I need.

I love this pan until I washed it and then it discovered very badly and looks terrible now it does seem to still work, but it looks like it’s 100 years old after only a couple uses and washed.
