Handles VR smoothly.
I didn't have time to build a machine for an update of my VR system and decided to by a pre-built and designed system. Figuring out all the interdependencies and compatibility of different vendors parts can take some time, which I didn't have. This machine provided a one stop solution with the latest graphics power and concise build that I needed. I added a couple of USB3 cards to the system in order to handle the extra power and port count that VR systems sometimes require and are not available on any motherboard, but that is common to all systems I have seen. The good new is that the slots are there for upgrades. My machine was built with the Zotac version of the GFX card and the MSI MB with a 850W Toughpower PS, enough for the USB power demands. It came with the extra PS cables that weren't needed for the initial build so I didn't have to chase any down for the USB3 board additions. The extra memory and storage sizes are a plus as well. The only drawback is that the 120mm case fans are a little weak, but can easily be changed out for different fans if needed. the power line touting is easy to get to for fan replacement. the machine is a little pricy, but 3090 GFX cards are scarce right now and are also pricy.

Customer Service is Exceptional!
I've had the unit for a couple of weeks now and as far as the performance and quality of assembly I am more than pleased. Its exactly what I hoped for. Taking into account the current going rate for the 3090 cards the price was very comparable to ordering all the parts and factoring in the time it would have taken me to put it all together.There was a problem. The item was damaged in shipping. Cosmetic damage only, it was very well packed and not the shippers fault at all. From the packaging it looks like it took one solid drop on a corner that jarred it just enough to snap some of the mounting brackets on a exterior panel. When I reached out to CUK they were prompt with a response and updates as to the status of our resolution. We came to a solution that I am very happy with.

Lovely
The product came a little earlier than expected. Right out of the box, I could tell this pc was of high high quality. Very good cable management, and everything is already plugged in and ready to be used. Very fast, get 165+ frames at 2k native with all graphics on ultra (No rtx. Don’t see the point.) in Call of duty Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer. With rtx on high and same settings, I got around 100-120 with somewhere in the 90s as my 1% frame drop. Very good pc and will update this review at some point to let potential buyers know if they are getting what they pay for. One thing to note: my EVGA rtx 3090 card came with some physical defects on the side fins of the cores. Took me a few days to realize it. Most likely a defect in production or poor handling by ups. Has NOT IN ANYWAY affected performance in games.

It is good but not so sure about the fan for the top or is it just my computer that had the fans slowly fail making sound first then one of them just stopped working. the main drive doesn't seem to hold past 500 MB of data without freezing and crashing, the device doesn't live up to the 2 TB it says it can hold as the graphics card crashes.

Has met all my expectations thus far.
Unit arrived within the week of submitting order. User manual and set-up was somewhat vague for a computer idiot like me but I figured it all out on my own. Nothing negative to be said thus far.

A beast of a gaming PC
I have had powerful desktops and laptops, but this thing is a beast. The graphics capabilities of this thing is insane. So far, there have been no major issues and with all of its features, that is impressive in itself.Well done CUK.

Computer make annoying noise (May be a Fan or CPU cooler)
I liked the computer, however it makse annoying noise with no application running (May be a Fan or CPU cooler issue)

The led button does nothing. Case LEDs are veeeery bright and can't be turned off. It's annoying.Can't even *find* the C drive in the case, and asking customer svc got me the runaround.Mostly works fine otherwise, but for 4k, I expect everything to be near perfect.
