EmbroidexDesign Hoop 5"X7" Replaces Viking Embroidery Machines Hoop #920085096

Do not be fooled by the description as I was that this hoop will work with the Designer Jade 35! As I now know, while the hoop “fits” the machine, the 5x7 (130x180mm) hoop is not available as a selection in the hoop list for the Designer Jade 35. See the chart from the manual and photo from machine There is no selection of a 5x7 hoop available and as far as I know there has been no upgrade to the machine that will make it work. Disappointing for sure as you must use the 6x9 hoop that came with the machine for 5x7 designs resulting in the “waste” of stabilizers for projects. This is a Husqvarna issue, not this hoop manufacturer. I wish I had known all this before I ordered it.

Although it does seem to latch in, it does not center, no matter which type of hoop you tell the machine you're using.

Works very well. My machine says not to use the Q foot with it but I just dismiss the message and it does fine.

Will most likely not work in any Husqvarna Viking machine. The area that attaches to the machine is shorter than the original hoops, therefore the machine will not recognize that a hoop is attached.
