This is my textbook for a class. A good, clear discussion of multiple IT concepts. Good activities, too. The book did arrive with a small rip on the bottom of the spine, but was in good condition otherwise.

Excellent book! A little hard to access instructor materials online if bought on Amazon.
I like this book a lot, we ordered quite a few to compare them. The pictures are clear and in color, the layout and heft is the right amount in my opinion. We were very happy with it - but BE ADVISED if you are not already a learning center in this company's online portal it can be a hassle to get added. We had to speak to 4 or 5 people and then someone (A very nice guy) had to do us a favor by adding us into the portal system just so that we could access the "Instructor Bonus Materials". The company advised buying directly from them in the future. If the exact company is the one supplying this book to Amazon, they need to clarify and make good on this sort-of mess that Amazon buyers who want the actual Instructor materials are being put in.

Phenomenal price. Bookstore can't compare.
Amazon had this book for roughly $125 cheaper than that of my school's bookstore. I've finished my course, and finished top of my class. I recommend searching Amazon for school books, as it's usually quite a bit cheaper. My school offers a price-match, but I wasn't going to put up with that, just to rent the book. I wanted a hard copy for myself.

Renting books for our son for his classes are convenient and priced right and it comes in a returnable box. We will rent again!

Good book just don’t rely on it completely to pass the cert exams
It is a good book to use for the cert. There is a lot of good information in the book, but as usual, don’t use just one book to study, use at least 2 or more...The tests cannon be thoroughly prepared for with just one book.

Good intro into the world of IT technical support. Would have like to see more info on Windows 10 issues. Haven't read the entire text yet but have found it very useful so far.

The book is ok, but the service is bad. I ask the seller three times the tracking number. he hasn't given me any information.
