I was hesitant at first before purchasing this item. But I’ve decided to give it a test. Never thought it would work as described. It’s really easy to use and easy to clean. Very compact to store. I lay down a frozen piece of steak on it and it actually thawed itself in minutes. I was very surprised and impressed.

I love the Rapid defroster! I've used it for almost every cut/kind of meat. It defrosts ground meat in half an hour, perfect for when you forgot to thaw meat overnight in the fridge! I hate thawing meat in the microwave as it usually cooks it too and that's not good. I've even thawed salmon on it and it only took about 45min. I will be buying more as Christmas presents.

This is a realistic candid review. The aluminum tray is thin, semi fragile yet gets the job done in about 30-60 mins from being rock solid frozen to thawed using average thickness Meats. The drip tray was critical to me so it didn't barf all over the counter as de-thawing Meats will do that! The drip tray pan is Chinese thin dishwasher safe plastic but who cares. Only gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ outnof five due to thin materials and lengthier de-thaw times than stated. The product works and doesn't make a mess!!

Wish I had known about these sooner! Now I can defrost quickly! After searching through many I selected this one due to the tray that hot water can be added. It helps to make the defrost even faster. I didn't think I needed the tongs and silicone sponge but I have found both very useful. Easy to clean, sturdy but not too heavy. Love this purchase.

At last, an honest, uncompensated review of this product!Well, what a laughable mistake on my part, buying this "defrosting" tray. To test it out, I placed 12 ounces of cooked frozen shrimp on the device. Precisely one hour later, these shrimps were barely starting to thaw - no better than if I'd simply left them out on the counter, as you can see from the close-up photo showing exactly how frozen these shrimps are after 60 minutes on the "defrosting" tray.At that point, I did the normal, sensible thing and rinsed them under cold water for 5 minutes to thaw them. I mean, duh. Plus, I was starving. So much for the idea of enjoying a "quick" snack of shrimp cocktail.I doubt I can send this back now that it's been used, so I'll just trash it. What a waste of money.

Used it a couple of times works good. But iv found using cold water from the tap and filling the sink a bit works better for de frosting. Small and flat things this guy kills it! But chucks and pot roast not so much.

If you'd told me a year ago that these things worked I would've slapped you. But after using one for a couple months now I have to say I'm shocked that it actually makes a difference in thawing. Now, I've never used one on a roast or a two inch ribeye, but I regularly use it to thaw chicken breasts for salads or curries and it really does thaw them much faster than the fridge or even sitting out at room temp.

This is a fantastic addition to our kitchen. It's helped cooking so much easier, especially when someone forgets to take the meat out in time. This defrostes meat quicker and doesn't half-cook it like the microwave. The size of the tray is great for what we need and it's sturdy. It's also really easy to clean and store. I would recommend this to someone who works and has less time to cook. I wish I'd known about it earlier!!

So glad I purchased this defrost tray, I have used it so often, especially for quick midweek meals. I can defrost a steak from the freezer.No more waiting for several days. I am using meat I have purchased, no more accumulating meat because it’s too frozen to use.Time saver, easy to wash and store. One of the most practical kitchen items I have. Useful and so practical, I recommend it because It is also a cost saver. No more buying forgotten frozen stuff that collects for months.

I have to admit I was skeptical, but this tray really works. So many times I forget to take chicken or stakes our, and now but this tray works like a charm. Within an hour everything is defrosted. Wow!!
