Good but the chicken variety is better
These are really tasty, but they just have way too much sodium for one can of soup. I was floored when I saw the amount. That’s a days worth or pretty close. Every once in a while is fine but regularly you would struggle to stay healthy. If health isn’t a factor, have atcha. They’re super tasty. I’m glad I tried them and there truly is not much deviation from the real meat versions. The texture is on point, but the wedding soup is a bit more bland. Especially for something with so much salt. This check is yummy.

filling
flavor is delicious, tastes like chicken soup. texture of “chicken” chunks is more soft than “meaty” but still good

Not bad. Adequate for vegetarians and useful in a pinch
Mostly broth and very few ingredients in the soup. Flavor isn't bad but not amazing either. Fairly salty. In a pinch, if you have to feed a vegetarian, it works. Generally the Gardein brand seems okay but nothing amazing either. Was so much better when I added some sauteed vegetables.

WINNER of WORST veggie beef soup EVER!!
Amazingly bad. Imagine the worst tasting soup you have ever tried to stomach. Now let your imagination invision how it could be worse with unappetizing appearance, smell (odor really), no subsistence due to lack of solid ingredients (consisting of nearly100% of foul tasting broth). Find a new low with this imitation beef soup. Chik n Rice version is much better but still leaves room for improvement.

Horrible Smell & Taste. Half a Bowl Made Me Sick for a Day.
I'm usually a big fan of Gardein's products. Beefless Ground, Porkless Bites, Meatless Meatballs -- all three are staples in our house. But this Chick'n Noodle Soup is one of the worst things I've eaten.I'd previously tried their canned meatless sausage gumbo, and while it wasn't perfect, it wasn't bad. So I figured the Chick'n Noodle Soup would be similar. I couldn't be more wrong. As others have noted, the smell is awful - dog/cat food is probably a close comparison. I had to double check the can for dents, just to make sure the soup hadn't gone bad. The smell does go away slightly upon cooking, but the taste is still bad. I made it through no more than half the bowl before dumping it.And that's where it gets worse. Not long after, I felt bloated, and was overcome by burps that smelled and tasted like the awful smell and taste of the soup. It was overwhelming, and I became nauseous. I felt so bad I went to bed early. I spent the entire next day feeling sick - I could only stomach eating a handful of saltines the entire day. My intestines felt wrecked. Just the memory of the smell and taste makes me ill. I won't be eating any of the Gardein soups ever again, and if I could give this one negative stars I would. I don't know where Gardein went wrong, but this soup is just the absolute worst.

Don't think I'll try again
Was ok. Kinda bland for my taste. Not many veges like it shows on the label. Mostly soup. The meat seemed a bit too processed. I prefer something like Chunky soup over this.

Hearty and delicious
I love these soups. High protein and just like the real thing. I will keep buying. Can't find the chicken noodle in bulk! Those are good, too. Some people don't care for these, so you have to just try them.
