Perfect for an apartment
Easy to set-up and functions well. The color quality is good. It’s not to big nor small fits my small bookshelf with space left over.

REPLACED AN OLDER HP PRINTER THIS ONE IS AWESOME
REPLACED MY 8 YEAR OLD PRINTER AND IT KEPT LOSING THE DRIVER. IT PRINTED OK ALSO BUT THIS ONE AS SOON AS I CLICK PRINT ITS ROLLING THE PRINT ON WIFI. PRINTS ARE BETTER ALSO SO LOOKS GREAT ALREADY. GREAT PRICE AND INKS ARE BELOW WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR MY OLDER ONE AND I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR 6 MONTHS FREE INK, NOT A FAN OF ANYONE WATCHING WHAT I PRINT IF THATS HOW I SEE IT DESCRIBED IN OTHER REVIEWS. Doesn't work
Printer doesn't work as advertised.I bought this printer because it seemed to be the best option, but I have been very disappointed.It has a scanner that has never worked, not even to photo copy. It says it can connect to an app or computer, but it never connected to my computer, and the app has stopped working after the latest update. It uses a TON of inc, but even when full, picture quality is very faint and streeky. I have not had any issues with papers jamming because I have not been able to print enough for this to be tested.Overall, I would feel ripped off of this was $5 from a yard sale printer. It's super annoying when buying on Amazon.

The printer was in original packaging. Everything check well with setup. The printing has been very good so far. Still getting used to various settings.

Subpar printer
It’s really slow and every few pages it seems to jam or miss feeds the paper through. I’m going to return it and pay a little more to get a better printer. I shouldn’t have to pay more to get a quality home office printer for small jobs. This printer should work but unfortunately it’s not quality.

A HAPPY RETURN TO HP....
I think I started out with HP computers and printers, and now after many problems with other brands, I find myself once the proud owner/operator of a genuine HP Deskjet printer. It was so easy to install and operate after others I have tried that I chirped with joy. And it is one of the few that came with a genuine UPC cord, since not everyone can go the wireless route unless you have a wi-fi connection or computer that can connect directly by pronged plug cord. In fact, I have encountered many of my friends and neighbors who are upset about the number of printers that don't include UPC cord connection any longer. (By the way, I've had better luck with the HP computer I bought five years ago than any computer I owned earlier. I'm not really brand-conscious; I just like what really works for me.)
