Live Aquarium Plants - Java Moss Stone pad (3 Pack)

These stones are the perfect size for small spaces in smaller tanks. Plants arrived three days earlier than stated, and were all a beautiful lush green. I have ordered this 3 pack 3 times and all are thriving. Some I left on the stones and some glued to decor. No fish yet, cycling a new tank. One thing to note...the latest shipment I received in early December came with bladder snails. I noticed a tiny empty she'll when I pre-soaked them after opening. I put the stones in my tank anyway, happy for the bonus hitchers! They are helping to knock out some of the algae bloom in one of my cycling tanks. They are part of the natural environment, and only become pests if you do not properly control their population. Overall, awesome additions that my future tank inhabitants will enjoy! I will be purchasing more and highly recommend.

These arrived early than initial ETA date. They are in good shape. I bought them for a small quarantine tank. They all look healthy and good quality. The only thing I don’t like is that the bottom has metal that will eventually rust so I need to be proactive and swap that out sooner vs later.My other concern is if it comes with snails. Like I said it’s in a quarantine tanks so we shall see. I saw the question asked by another person and no comments or answers about it in other reviews. If I get snails, I will update the review. Otherwise I’m impressed and would order again. Less than a week turn around since ordering + good quality and healthy.****UPDATE - it’s been a couple days and I did see a very small snail. It was easy to clean my tank and remove due to it being a quarantine tank. I would not recommend putting directly into an established tank without the quarantine time period if you are trying to avoid snails.

My moss came is healthy and well packaged, even though it was near freezing outside when they arrived they survived just fine. I've had them for a few weeks and they've grown atleast an inch in length already. The only think that I noticed that could be improved is that the netting attaching them to the stone is tied with a metal piece. I left them on for now because it seemed the moss wasn't completely attached to the stone yet and I didn't want it all falling off. I am a little worried it will start rusting in my tank before its ready to be removed. If they could find a way to use a plastic zip tie instead would be better.

These took awhile to show up in the mail so I was nervous that they might be dead when I got them. But they showed up very healthy and green and very convenient when attached to the rock like they are. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered two packages of these moss rocks to fill in some open areas on the tank substrate. Immediately upon my order, customer service reached out to me to confirm my order, as we live in Wisconsin and the weather was going to be quite cold during our delivery window. My kids were super excited to get these for the fishies, so I confirmed the order, hoping for the best. The mods arrived well packaged and required a signature m, so it didn’t sit out in the snow on my porch (thank goodness).The stones are small but that’s what we needed and are as described in the listing, they arrived a pretty, vibrant green and fluffed up nicely when dropped in the fishtank. I have a good feeling about these little plants.Thanks again for the great customer service!

3 stars for having snails and not listing in the description... Do yourself a favor, if you are looking to use any live plants or new fish, you must have a quarantine tank. I put this moss in my 1 gallon quarantine tank all alone near a window for a couple of weeks. Sure enough snails emerged. This isn't necessarily a problem if you have fish that will eat them. The snails grew to about 1 mm so they are tiny and many fish would gobble them up. In terms of this product, dont buy this unless you intend to quarantine it for a good long while or want to introduce snails.

Its a few strings of Java moss tied to a rock by a net, shipped in the slowest way possible and in an unmarked envelope.. they arrived alive, but they look rough..

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice, this is one week after receiving. Starting to grow great, nice color, nice small starters!! Love them. Fast shipping.
