Easy to put on and lightweight nice quality
Right out of the bags and onto my sectional couch. I didn’t wash them first because I had family and a dog visiting same day and wanted them on asap. So I can’t vouch for how they wash yet. This is the light gray color and we bought 3 separate pieces including the corner piece. It fits well and covers a lot. I didn’t get a little confused on sizes and what I need but fortunately my husband stepped in. Fabric is not real thick which I like. It came with straps but we don’t have them on. I’ll see how this holds up without them. Very happy with the fabric, comfort and the way it looks on a temporary basis.

I wish I had found this years ago!
We have a lovely green velvet couch that is still like-new after 22 years, and we plan to keep it indefinitely. But our cat loves to scratch it even though he has his own scratching posts and furniture. For a long time I had those clear plastic sheets that stick to furniture and prevent cats from scratching. Well, they worked fine but it also meant we couldn't use the furniture either without having to remove and replace the plastic anti-scratch sheets. So when I came across this couch protector - and in so many colors - I was thrilled! The large size was the right size for the couch, the color was right, and it is even reversible if I want to use the lighter shade. It's a nice soft fabric that is easy to vacuum hair off or and easy to wash, and now all of us plus the cat can use the couch and still keep the green velvet in mint condition. I did not end up using the straps that came with it because the shape of the couch does not go up in back so there is nothing to wrap the straps around, but the protector still works perfect, tucks in well, protects the arms, and I love it! It's a great value and highly recommend getting one if you are looking for something like this.

Good quality and color!
Looks good with pretty good fit. Of course people movement makes it move around a bit. Very good, med weight fabric. Speedy arrival ! Thanks for the comfortable covering!

Prevents stains, helps absorb spills, not waterproof
Useful on my bed and couch, not waterproof but will help with quick spills and help prevent stains on your bed and couch. The size is good to spread across the bed and then put my comforter over it. It feels like cotton fabric and didn’t slip so it works for the purpose I need them for around the house. Looks like old time bed covers made differently. I have washed them multiple times and the color hasn’t faded so I’d say it is durable.

Decent enough but flaps are too short...
Well, I ordered 2 of what should have been the regular sofa-size, burgundy/tan covers. What I got was a sofa-sized burgundy/tan and an extra wide chocolate/beige. The color mix-up wasn't that crucial for me since my living room is a blend of fall colors. Anyway, I washed both and put down the burgundy/tan cover on one of the sofas and was immediately disappointed in the size. That sofa is very compact - low height, shortish back and small, removable side arm cushions. I can't imagine what the fit would be if I had puffier cushions. As it was, the side flaps just managed to drape over the side of the sofa and every time my husband got up the cover bunched up to one side of the sofa and the flap nearest him drifted down to the bunch up behind the arm rest cushion. At first I though it was him, but after trying it myself, I realized that the shortness of the arm area "flaps" and the light weight of the cover made this inevitable. Sadly, the "extra wide" chocolate cover wasn't that much wider either.Initially, I was inspired to shop for sofa covers after visiting with my mother and seeing how stable and substantial the Brylane Home cover she had on her sofa was. Her sofa also has removable cushions but they are oversized and plush. Her cover fits perfectly over all of those cushions without shifting every time you get up. You get what you pay for and I knew the Amazon cover would not be as "luxe" and it just isn't.So, here are the positives: the colors on both covers and sides are deep toned and although not thick, the fabric is soft to the touch with a nice stitching pattern overall. Negatives: the arm flaps are too short -- the seating part of the cover only works if the 2 arm rest cushions are put on top of instead of under the cover thereby negating any protection on those cushions. The fabric shifts easily making readjustments an hourly occurrence and lastly, the straps are useless. In fact, I spent more time trying to figure out the placement of the straps than I care to admit...I'll keep both covers - they do offer some husband protection - but in the future, I'll probably go with BrylaneHome instead if I had to purchase another sofa cover.

THIS LOVESEAT COVER IS PERFECTION
Have ONLY had for 3 days, so can't accurately report on "stain, water, stretch"BUT ... I love this thing, and after trying 2 others, think it's a great fit for my 12 year old crate n barrel $3K Loveseat that was so embarrassingly stained that I almost threw it out, but after I washed it, it looks great again, so I decided to PREVENT FUTURE soiling by getting a sofa cover.THIS ONE IS PERFECT-ish, or as close as you can get without buying custom fit zippered upholstery replacements. Mine has a single bottom cushion and single back cushion. The width as shown in pic from arm to arm is 53", and the width of cushion seat itself, is 43". From back to front is 35". With this amazingly tweakable cover I opted NOT to use the stretchy belt thingamajig and instead tucked cover completely behind back cushion, and tucked under the seated cushion. It allows the arm covers to nearly perfectly cover the arms, and so far it doesn't budge much at all.So, this is NOT for protection from pets, for me, but to offer a cozy, cool, clean new surface to my loveseat that will handle light spills and crumbs, or so I hope....You can tuck it taut if you are OCD (like me) every so often, so all in all, I am THRILLED. I will report back over time once I wash it and see how the "stretch and stains and h2O resistance" go...

Nice fit and good quality
Really like these. They are perfect for what I needed. The fit nicely and are better at staying place than what I had. Mind you, they will move as it is impossible to to but they are better at staying in place
