Good product!

I actually had to give this away because it was too strong for me. I have had the same problem with topical K2 at a lower dose, so I am sure it is the dosage. While there isn't an established upper limit for K2, I'm prone to side effects from high doses of any vitamin, and I don't like putting that much extra strain on my liver. But from the two doses I endured, my carpal tunnel symptoms have almost entirely vanished and I feel closer to my "prime" than I have in years! This is an extremely bioavailable supplement and didn't cause any typical "allergic" reaction symptoms, which is hard to find for me. I would repurchase if available in a low dose form (probably less than 100 mcg total). I can barely find a K2 supplement that doesn't directly contain legume ingredients, or other allergens including nuts and corn. I especially can't eat soy or chickpeas, the primary ingredients used to manufacture K2, so I'm lucky if I can tolerate the refined plant forms at all. I'm going to give emu oil a shot even though it has much lower vitamin K values. Maybe the omega's will be worth it.

Taking these with vitamin D pills. Very easy to use. Great size for not being able to take vitamins.

They seem to be good came fast

Purchased to try and remineralize my teeth I’ve been using for almost a month and noticed a huge difference in my teeth’s appearance and sensitivity. Recommend for those trying to do the same. Bottle is plastic, but does not come across as cheaply manufactured. No smell and easy to swallow.

My research into this supplement combination led me straight to this product! Very happy with it.
