Great feel to the hands - worth the $$
Well made quality football. I use it with my 7 year old. Seems to be the same “pee-wee” size used in his league. I’ve shopped for equivalent sized footballs in Walmart and other big box sporting good stores, but none of them had this level of quality football. That being said, those balls were all under $9 as compared to this one so I debated it, but I’m very happy with the purchase. While I can’t comment on durability only 30 days in, I can say that the ball is has a good feel and grip (not a plastic or cheap feeling). To me this is the most important, it should feel good throwing and catching like a quality made ball... and this does!! Just buy it.

It’s good quality!
This football was for my son. We’ve used it numerous times to play with and practice with. It’s very grippy the materials are good quality and most of all he loves it. I’ll probably buy another soon.

Switched This Year..
Coach football and purchase 2-5 footballs a year. Nike balls aren't what they used to be and we use the Wilson basketball, figured I'd try their footballs. We are very happy. Skill players love it and they have worn about the same as Nike. It's only year one, but the 3 I purchased survived fairly well and I have ordered a couple more.Overall, great balls for a much better price.

Great Football
This is a very nice, but typical Wilson composite football. The size is intended for High School age kids and is made very well and is intended to last a long time with heavy abuse. I really like the Wilson college footballs, and this is built the same, just a bit smaller. My one small negative, I love the look of this ball, it feels solid, has good grip (for composite) and throws really well, but the one thing that gets me... put a sticker on the ball with the barcode and other useless junk... don't burn this in to the ball itself... you take an awesome looking ball with the classic Wilson logo, add TDS and then mess it up with useless junk... Like I said it's just a small negative and more of a personal preference.

Great football to grip. Others are slippery where there is writing.
This is a great football for a small child to grip. I purchased another one first and had to return it because the writing on the ball covered half of the ball and the writing was very slippery. The other ball was too hard to grip so it was returned and this ball is perfect. It also happens to be the exact ball that they use in my kids flag football program. Highly recommend this ball.

Best deal and well made for middle school football during ...
Best deal and well made for middle school football during their games. Nobody does sales on this ball and the selection is limited in sporting goods stores. More expensive because only a few grades use it. The junior balls and standard footballs are cheaper because of larger sales group both in flag and tackle leagues. Had to buy used balls for team practices. The ball is longer than Junior ball but is more narrow for gripping than standard size football. Great way for the middle school kids to transition before High School.
