Whatever I try, it won't connect.I tried using Tellur's App with an iPhone and two different Androids. No joy.The Tellur app is basically SmartLife, so I tried using that instead (in which I already have several devices configured ok). No joy.And yes - I switched off 5GHz, and made sure the phone(s), router and sensor were within a gnat's of each other. And yes - I shut down my firewall, and tried both pairing modes with all the devices. Still no joy.Some of the other devices I have configured in SmartLife took several attempts to configure, and in the past I have found that using IOS to do that is generally more successful than Android.And believe me I tried with this one, but I can't afford to spend another day messing around it. So it's going back.And another thing - how come the troubleshooting advice for things like this basically just repeats the instructions? If it had worked using the instructions, I wouldn't be looking in the troubleshooting.

These are great! Yes, they took a few guesses to connect but eventually I had them all on the Tellur app, both in the house and in my garage. I even added a gate opening sensor (not Tellur) to the same app! Alerts work well, with programmable "Do not disturb" periods for when I'm home. Really Great for the price.

Give it only 3 stars, since it does not appear as a smart device in Amazon Alexa. Installed easily into both the Tuya App and the SmartLife App. Can buy better versions elsewhere on Amazon. For the price it is a bit disappointing. Decided to return this item, since it is a poor example of this type of sensor that can be purchased through Amazon.

The device failed to stay connected to a strong and continuous wifi signal, and the alerts were slow to register even when it was connected. There are some nice features in the app, but they are useless without a stable connection. Overall this was a great disappointment and waste of money.

This item doesn’t work properly. I paired it with the official app, the Smart Life app and the TCP app (they’re actually all the same app!), and could not get it to work for love nor money. This item will be getting returned.

CANNOT CONNECT IT TO THE APP.

This sensor is small and well made. It's easy to setup to the app . When triggered it sends a message to my phone. I was disappointed that no matter what I did I couldn't get it to make my kitchen smart light bulbs work with the sensor. The instructions for this are so poor and let down this potentially amazing product.

Je n'ai pas réussi à le connecter. Dommage.

Mi experiencia es que cualquier parecido entre la descripción del producto y la realidad es pura fantasía. Para empezar no viene con la tira 3M pero me parece insignificante y sigo con él. Funciona 2 horas, después deja de funcionar. Me aseguro que la pila sigue bien conectada y no está gastada, y lo reseteo. Lo vuelvo a vincular y creo de nuevo mis rutinas. Consigo que vuelva a funcionar. A la hora deja de funcionar. Mismo procedimiento de antes. Vuelve a funcionar. Pero a la hora de nuevo deja de funcionar. A la tercera ya me canso y compro otro detector de otra marca. El router está muy cercano por lo que no le encuentro explicación, bueno sí, que el producto es realmente decorativo, porque su funcionalidad es 0. Vamos, que si lo llego a saber ni pierdo el dinero ni el tiempo.Actualizo: le he encontrado una utilidad, como juguete para mis gatas es perfecto.

Si installa facilmente ma smette di funzionare dopo il primo allarme di movimento. La connessione al Wi-Fi si perde immediatamente e non si riconnette più. La cosa strana è che appena effettuata la connessione tutto lavora bene anche con l’app poi dopo qualche minuto inizia a segnalare una mancanza di collegamento ( nello stesso luogo, anche di fianco al router) e non segnala più. Installazione ri-effettuata tre volte per scrupolo, solito risultato. Peccato. Reso immediato.

Diese kleine Bällchen hat mich überzeugt. Unabhängig von Stromquellen mit einer Batterie, die ewig hält und DIE ÜBRIGENS DABEI IST! Die Beschreibung sagt "wird benötigt".Ruckzuck einfach über Smart Life App installiert (man wähle zunächst Sicherheitssensor, daneben Sensor (Wi-Fi) ), dann klappt es.Durch die clevere Halterung kann man wirklich die unmöglichste Position wählen, toll durchdacht.In der Smart Life App kann man dann seine Benachrichtigungseinstellungen festlegen bzw. das Ganze mit einer ebenso installierten Alarmsirene, Kamera oder automatisch/elektrischen Garagentorstromversorgung koppeln. Tolles kleines Ding. Kann ich empfehlen.

Detección del movimiento perfecto. Comunicación con la aplicación del móvil inmediata. Detección tanto en espacios pequeños como grandes.Por mi experiencia con el producto y bajo mi criterio, lo recomiendo.
