Received today, charged OK, connected to Hband App OK, just remember to remove the protective film from the rear of the watch contacts, especially if you want to do an ECG. Basic watchfaces only, need to find new watchfaces ?? Any help out there ??No info on any warranties, standard Amazon policies. Our experience with the Morepro band and knock offs is that the watchband may break within a year, or the charger tab may break unless VERY carefull, and that the ECG contact plate in the rear falls off, hope this one will last longer. We do not give any permissions other than Location, and it still functions.Did not open an account or provide private info. Only giving 3 stars because lack of faces and warranty info, will update with more time with this band. With Basic use , ie. health monitoring, sleep , Oxygen, Bloodpressure, heartrate, activity the battery lasts us 3-4 days max. ECG works. Menu is somewhat awkward for setting up and recording a workout, to be recorded with GPS map on our phone, but it does work.

The product came without a charging outlet and it won't turn on. I received the product on December24, 2021. It was a gift for my mom on Christmas, oooohhhhh boy!!! What a disappointment it was. We have not been able to turn the watch on. I need a refund so I may repurchase another mop

This product is long on promise and very short on delivery.POS sums this up very nicely.The non-existent instructions tell you to pair with a Microsquash app from Michael Kors Access. (By the way, you have to go looking for this information, it is not readily available on the non-informational fold-out included in the box nor on their website. The Kors Access app tells me that it can't find this "device".)Contacting the KoreTrack web site is useless, as they are all about marketing hoopla and zero about helping you once you have taken the bait.The KoreTrack Customer No-Service Department is, however, excellent; their mission statement matches their name - Customer No Service.I gave this POS a zero star rating. If you buy one and can get it to work, please let me know how. I only wish I had purchased this through Amazon because then I would have a chance at recourse.
