And my indigestion goes away. Plus clean breath! And I can take my meds on time. I been using these for years. Great if you have denchers. We cant chew gum. This is the answer. These ice breaker mints have a nice taste to them. They're not overwhelming and powerful. I'm not sure what they use instead of sugar probably xylitol. But you get a large portion in each little container. I like the fact that they have several containers in one box. I'd recommend them.
